These people are looking for someone and that someone is not me. They need to stop right now.This number has never belonged to that person as I have had this number for the last 12 years.

got several phone calls from this place, strangely enough, not on my phone. at my boyfriends on his home phone and cell phone and i also received letters at his place, but never mine. finally, in a desperate attempt they called my work. well, that motivated me to call them back. doesn't seem like a scam, didn't ever ask from my social security number and agreed to accept money orders if i wasn't comfortable writing them checks. no clue what to think, the consensus seems to be half and half. scam or not?

I have been getting calls from this number on my cell and home phone. They are even calling my work, not sure how they got the workinformation . Is there any way I can stop this? Someone I can report this too?

Calling cell phone number that has never been shared with any debtors. They claim it was posted on Monster.com or other. Couldn't really say for sure.

I have received calls from this number at least once a day for a couple weeks now at work but I am never at my desk to pick it up.
Calls between 8 and noon local time.
Never leaves a message.

Called 4 times in last week, Two messages like this,
Left message: "this is first resolution management. If you are not xxxx hang up the phone. It is important that you call back regarding the situation that we have here, if not we will have to take the next step if you do not return our call within 24 hours. extension    Asaam,

One call asked me to get ahold of so and so, told them he did not live here.

Another call asked me to get a hold of so and so, I asked him what is was about, he would not tell me, but insisted I get a hold of so and so.

Also received a letter, sent it back as non occupant.

i called this number back told thme to to put me on their no call list and if they called again i d sue them... he continued to say they hdidnt have a no call list so i continued to say dont call or i will sue.. he said he doesnt even known which number i call from so i gave him ny number and said my name was edward langley and to never call again or i would sue.

just curious, after returning their phone call, did they continue to call or send mail???  These people have been calling my home & cell phone for the past week.  If by calling them back makes them stop calling, then I will do it.  Its just becoming ridiculous.  The last call I received was at 6:45AM.

I forgot to tell you guys that a good trick in dealing with these people is to leave them another telemarketers numbers and have them call eachother. LOL

I got a call at my father-in-laws from this number. He would'nt give them my number so he took their information down and I called them back. I said ,"Yes, ma'am my name is so and so I recieved a call to my father-inlaws. Who are you people?" To which she replied, "Do you have a file with us?" Then it all went downhill from there....It got heated and she said "If you are going to talk to me in that manner, I am going to hang up." I said ,"Have a nice day bi***!"

GOT A CALL FROM AN UNIDENTIFYED WOMAN STATING SHE WAS FROM FIRST REOLUTION MANAGEMENT AND NEEDED TO RESOLVE A VERY IMPORTANT SITUATION AND IF IT WSNT ME TO HANG UP.  I DIDNT ANSWER BUT A VOICEMAIL WAS LEFT STATING TO CALL 888-663-1717 EXT 2121. CALLED THE NUMBER AND AS SOON AS SOMEONE ANSWERED I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM.  THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO SOME GIRL WHO SAID SHE NEEDED MY SSN AND I WOULDNT GIVE IT TO HER KNOWING IT WAS SOME SORT OF SCAM SO I PLAYED ALONG BUT W/O GIVING ANY CORRECT INFO.  SHE COULDNT TELL ME WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THEY WERE, WHAT THEY DID AND KEPT GIVING ME SOME LINE OF BS BOUT 3RD PARTY DISCLOSURE LAWS.  YEAH RIGHT!!! IF U WERE SOME SORT OF COLLECTION AGENCY OR "MANAGEMENT RESOLUTION COMPANY" UD OFFER INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPNAY.  THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS IS NOT CONFIDENTAL LADY..  TOTALLY A SCAM DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
