Yes, dear, he's doing exactly the right thing. The statute of limitations has long since run out on this debt, and he would be a fool to pay it. A debt that old has been resold many times by now for pennies on the dollar of its supposed worth, to several lowlife bloodsucking "collection agencies'' and they can't take the matter to court. They are nothing but a paper tiger-helpless to do a thing.

Some idiot male person who couldn't win a proper enunciation and pronunciation contest if his life depended on it-mumbled, stuttered and grunted a message to my answering machine that he was leaving a message for Judy somebody-or-other, and that it was important she call him back at some number.

They called my job and left a message yesterday.

I have been told by my HR department TO TRANSFER ALL CALLS TO THE POLICE. My HR department doesn't give out personal information about our employees to random callers.

I have NO DEBT WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I get random calls from every Tom Dick and Harry looking for my ex husband for 10 year old bills. He generated all of them after he was loooong gone and not legally my headache.
He has nothing, and owes everyone. I have zero expectation of ever seeing a dime of what he owes me.

The reason I say this is I was told by AG office to keep records in a notebook without removable pages.
I was also told that them harrassing me is illegal, and many of these jokers buy old discharged (written off) debts in hopes they will make 10% with a wild great deal/settlement. Its a gamble they take buying the note, as its beyond statute of limitations usually and a discharged debt.
If you give them money, it does not go to original company its owed to.That company already wrote it off.  They are like old derelicts walking around getting a puff off used cigarette butts in an ashtray. Bottom feeders

I actually have called them back almost two weeks ago now but no one ever returned my call.  I am getting the exact same message as last time and they do not even give the name of the person they are looking for.

Ba h ah ha ha your a clown. i love people like you. the the scum of the earth. who cares about when it is from y dont you just man up and pay your bills. you think you can hide for 7 years and never have to pay?  i wanna knw y u feel likes thats fine?

A true rip off,

They keep calling me, so I went out and brought a prepaid debit card and sent a $40.00 payment and tried to make another payment online and the Web site was not available what a true rip off.

Thank you. I needed a laugh from the unemployment line.

They need to get a real job and stop harrassing innocent people.  Get your facts together before you just start your so-called job.

Here's a novel idea: pay back the money you took*! (*read: "stole")

Don't give any personal information whatsoever but have a good time with it by talking in your calmest smiley voice and see how he reacts.  Ask totally random questions like how his Christmas was or if he's ever coached his son's baseball team:-)  See how long you can keep him on the phone by asking questions until he wants to end the conversation.  Could be fun.

These guys are a piece of work. Brad Fuller a nasty,rude,short tempered ILL MANNERED MAN .  He has been harassing me for an old debt from over 13 years ago. Tracked down my old roommate and is harassing him for my number. Once i spoke to him he was verbally abusive, attacked my character and is harassing my friends.  I happen to work for state wide attorneys and i am putting a stop to this.  No one should be harassed or spoken to this way. We all should fight back to make sure no one goes through this unnecessary stress again.

Have had a few calls from somebody named Bryant & Hodge Collection Agcy.  They are supposedly looking for my daughter, who has been living elsewhere for 20 years.  They have called in the past, and then in about 6 mos. , they start again.  I'm quite tired of telling them she isn't here.  I really don't appreciate them telling me she is in debt, when I'm quite sure she isn't.

Chalk me up as another reciever of this 'scam' phone number.  Now good old 'Brad' indicates he works for "Janet Hodges & Associates - Professional Debt Collectors."

I have no debt and I have a threat/theft alert on my credit report. I am not sure why this company is calling me.

Creditors have a time limit to collect a debt which varies by state,but they can still "sell" the debt to these collectors who will call and harass everyone in the phonebook with the name of the person they are looking for. This loud,rude man was unclear of the debt origin.He said "with 16 digits it must be a Visa".He then said it was opened in 1993 and used for "about 10 years with a $2000 limit" and the balance due was $5000+.I told him I never had a $2000 limit Visa ,this must be identity theft,mail me all the information you have so I can find out whats going on. He said he didnt have to mail me anything,that he had a judgement against me,and I needed to make a payment right now over the phone and not paying isnt an option.He never verified my SS# either. Ive never received anything in the mail about this from the courts...I had the same phone number for 12 years and lived in the same area for those 12years. Living on VA Widow Benefits I could never qualify for a creditcard like that!

Same recorded message as others but said it was concerning a "personal business matter" - I have no debt and cant wait to hear what this is about.  Yet, I can't get anyone to answer their phones?

Got a call from Brad Fuller at wanting my wife to call him back at this number. We are not behind on anything so figured it was safe to call. They were very pleasant and gave the name of someone that had put her
down as a reference. She had never heard of this person and told them that and that was it.
Glad it was that easy.
The one thing that was interesting/weird was when the computer caller thing gave the case number is started
out 5 billion xxx million etc. I was thrown off when I heard the 5 billion and my brain kind of froze so I did not get the rest of the numbers. Did not need them anyway.

have called way tooooo many times for an unpaid debt.  sometimes things happen to people because of an uncontrollable situation, does not mean you get to harrass people and call more than you are allowed.  you are not going to accompolish anything except getting reported to the Attorney General's Office and reading posts about how ridiculous you are behaving....

Received a call from "Sarah"  from Bryant Hodge saying I must call them about a debt. my bills are all paid up.They didn't even say my name.

Voicemail received from BRAD FULLER  with generic message  to "give assistance" and to call back on 888-675-4485. No Other details in his voicemail,  indicate that Fuller knows anything - he's only HOPING for a call back.

What a miserable runt of a career that must be.................probably unemployed for months so took a job to harass decent hard-working people - hard-working so they don't have accumulated debt!!

Did you ever take a min to call them up and tell them wrg # instead of hanging up? No you didnt thats why they keep calling you.. Come on think about it!

Received a call today on my cell. no message! I called back and they are a collection agency. Thank goodness the call was NOT for me....who ever YOLANDA IS....THEYare looking for you. Very polite man on the other end of the phone...No complaints abut this debt collector

Obviously these people are fraudulent - claiming to be a reputable attorney / collection agency... really.  I'm sure there are more pressing legal issues for real attorneys.

I just got the same call.  Brad Fuller, wants my help with something, wants to ask me a question.  Doesn't say "Hello Leah, my name is Brad Fuller" etc, which I thought was kind of odd.   My number is private!!

Got a call from this number no message left, so I googled the number.  Came up Bryant Hodges and Associates.
Pretty interesting they aren't afraid to let people know they are a bunch of no goods, says right on the website they buy in and out of statute of limitations collections.  We buy out of statute to me that right there says it all about them.  NO GOOD.

how in the hell do these people get my phone number?? I get this call at least once a day! super annoying! same pre-recorded message every time!
