I totally agree with you, they were the most disrespectful people I've ever dealt with!!!! They cursed me out and called me and my sister a bi*** so I said the same and he told me to go back to KFC and work!!! Never had service like there's!!!!

I have actually been trying to call these people for 6 months.  They charged me over 700.00.  I have now been giving 4 different numbers.  every number i call its the same.  on hold for ever.  then i get through and they say my booking agent is on the phone and will call me back.  They never do.  i have noticed that it seems that the same lady seems to answer the phone on one number.  Anyways i called my credit card company to dispute and i can't since i have until June 2013 for services to be rendered.  I called the "travel" company back and finally got to talk to my booking agent.  She said she can't give me info because i disputted it, even though my credit card company didn't refund the money.  So then i sent info to the "travel" company, a letter from my credit card company saying that it is not in dispute a long with my driver's license because they said they needed it.  Now i can't get a hold of them and when i do, my booking agent is always busy

Perhaps the worst spamming rat on the planet - they are criminals...they know that unsolicited faxes are illegal. I would never buy from anything from criminals.

I just had the same thing happen to me. I called twice to see if there was a website where I could look at the properties an was hung up on but not before telling me that the deal was no longer available (I received it 5 min. before calling hmm). Of course, the reservation person (foreign accent) said he could check with his manager to see about getting the deal still. I said "no" I just want to see the properties first as this would be a gift. I called a third time to get the company name and was hung up on immediately. Wow! Scammers will do anything to prey on others. Shame on them. I want to report them but don't know where to go since there is no company name.

I called and asked about it the fax i recieved and they hung up on me hmmmmm,, so i called back I wasn't taking that and they hung up again before I even asked anything. Can I report this so called company for spam.

We are on the do not call list, however, we continue to receive faxes from this number several times per year.

Once again, my office has received a fax for 6 days/5 nights to 3 crappy destinations (and 1 'ok' one) from the faceless, nameless SPAMMING bullsh*tters...I think we're going to take David's advice and call them with countless questions.

The best is call them and ask tons of questions. see how long you can talk to them without them hanging up on you. We do this in our office and it's a blast. Talk about a great way to lighten the mood on a monday

OMG! this company is a scam! I called it and the guy was very rude after I asked him for the name of the company. When I asked to speak to a mananger he threathen to put me on hold for 3 hours! now what kind of business is that. He said it didnt make sense that I would call back for deals WTF!!!! so I contacted my HR department and my manager to let them know that this company is posing as if our HR department sent it... It is completely a scam if the rep answers reservation and cant give you the company name...

My boss got a black construction sheet and faxed them at least 50 times! He said, "They want to waste my ink, well two people can play that game!"

Too funny. Why would you give your credit card# when the fax doesn't even give a company name?

i called to see abt what they have to offer. i wanted their website they said its private information and they will give it to me once i have made my purchase when i saud that would b redundant he hung up on me. i called back and some1 else answere the phone. i asked the name of the company to to whom am i speaking n he said y do i want so much info and hung up. so i called back n same person answered when i said i think we got disconnected he hung up again

I have entered my fax number for removal several times.   If you want to be REMOVED from receiving their Annoying faxes..... Call the 888-676-5870 number over and over and over and over and over, until finally, they will remove you.....   By calling that number, you are now wasting their time... Good luck!!!

What happened after u gave them ur credit card? So did they scammers charge u and not give u deal? did u get to book the vacation package? What did really happen after that?

I've tried using their fax removal number to no avail. Now I've made a habit of calling their 888 number whenever I think of it and hanging up when they answer. I get a little enjoyment out of it and it costs them money.

Does anyone know the location of their office or where this place is located?

SPAM FAX - Bogus Travel Agency

I get the same faxes on a weekly basis.  I must have called hundreds of times to remove our fax number, all to no avail, they keep coming.  I started calling the number on the place and they are very rude and just hang up.  Some ask for my fax number so they can fax us black pages to waste all of our ink.  How can I report these low life losers?

I just called to this number 888-676-5870, the first time a girl answered i asked what company it was, and she told me Cancun Travel.  So i asked her for more info since i got a fax, and she hung up on me.
So i called back a second time, thinking maybe we were just disconnected.  Well, next a guy answered, when i asked what company it was he told me "Corporate Travel', so i asked him his name...his response was "what does that have to do with booking a reservation"... i said "aren't i entitled to know what company im calling and who i booking a reservation with?", so he says "my name is Micheal, who are you... i dont know who I'm speaking with", so i tell him "my name is michelle" and get this... this is great, he says "maam, your lying.  Your name is Dumb Blond!" and hangs up!  So i called back, the next guy tells me i called "USA Travel" and so i asked to speak with a manager, and he says "what is it about" i say "i need to speak to a manager about a problem," and he says "your not going to speak to anyone with your attitude.  Maybe you should call back when your calmer and maybe ill get you a manager" and then hung up.
I was sceptical before i called that this was legitimate, but really even if i wanted to to book travel with them, they dont even you the opportunity!  I tried to enter a complaint with BBB, but since i really have no idea what company this is, and the number doesnt come up, i couldnt.  If anyone actually knows the legal name of the company, if there even is one, i would love to know.
I imagine this is a just a call center where people get a kick out of being completely rude to however calls.

we received this at the corporate fax machine and when i called for further info they also said teh offers is on a FIFO basis and can be ended inmediately so a decision needs to be made while on the phone....scam, why so much urgency!!!

You misspelled travel.

Since their "Booking & Reservations" number is toll free, I just faxed their own sheet back to them 10 times. My fax machine will re-call the # at least 3 times if a fax doesn't answer, so I've tied up their "booking" line for at least 30 calls.

I called back 5 times and I got the same person and he hung up on me every time and when I finally got a hold of another person they put me on hold and then hung up. Know I'm screwing with them and calling them back over and over again to tie up there lines and give them a taste of their own medicine.
