I get a call everyday from this number and they hang up

I get 2 to 3 calls a day. I called it back. Got a guy who spoke bad english. Asked him to take me off his list. He said O.K.-got a call an hour later. WHAT THE HECK?

Any one know how to get these people to remove you from their call list? I have registered all my phone numbers to "NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST" at www.donotcall.gov today as a last resort, hopefully this will work. If you are desperate for these calls to stop, I would recommend you register also.

I get at least 6 calls a day from this number, has been going on for months. I called the number and a message that they will be with me in a moment or someone speaking spanish starts talking.

Yesterday, I got at least 6 calls from 888-676-8527.  Never any reply when I pick up.  I called them back, got someone who first started speaking Spanish.  I asked who he was affiliated with and he said a book club.  Since I already had read this thread I asked if that book club was Schoolastic, and he said yes.  He then proceeded to apologize saying that they were having a problem with their phone system and since he had my number on the caller-id that they would remove it.  Today, a/o 2pm I've already received another 3 calls (that I know of) so far.  Evidently, if they are having a problem, it's not getting resolved very quickly...

The Company is Schoolatic Books I called their 800-724-6527 and they said they would take me off their list.  I still get more phone calls.  I will let you all know if it works in a couple of days.

Same problem-calling me and hanging up 9am-9pm. After spoke with 1800-724-6527, person in charge said he would take care of it. An hour later, the 888 telemarketers called back. What company is the 8886768527? I'm reporting them to the BBB.

Called them and spoke to a guy.  I asked if he spoke english and told me not but told me their English counter part is 800-724-6527.

Just call these people back and don't say a word.  Use *67 to block your information.  Don't say nothing to them.  Use your fax machine to do the same with the auto-redial feature on.  This will cost them money.

They called back today.  SPANISH?!? telemarketer.  They didn't speak English and had to interrupt to tell then.  They could barely say sorry.
