Got a call from this number, most recently on 8 March, 2014.  I don't keep track of  which "organization" called but I believe multiple organizations use this same number.  Maybe not.  Anyway:

One thing I have the luxury of doing (and this is probably not a good solution for many), is to turn off the ringer on my telephone.  Whenever I get a call, it also shows up on my TV (Charter telephone service), as well as the display on my telephone.  This lets me know when an important telephone call comes in.  If it's a relative I can answer right away.  A reminder from a doctor or dentist, I can answer right away.  If it's something I don't need, I keep watching TV.

I continue to get almost daily calls. Leave no message. I would like to find how to block this and several other frequent calls.

I dialed this number back and got the recorded message from the American Diabetes Association.  The messages prompted me to remove my number from their list.  I hope that works and that have not just added my number to another list!!

I repeatedly have gotten calls from this number.  I have ignored most, but when I do answer, no one responds.

They call every day - at least twice a day. I don't answer.

They call and I don't pick up. They do not leave messages.

I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.

Get these calls all the time. No message. Pick up the phone and there is silence.  Sometimes I pick up and click off right away. I think these people want to annoy people for a living. They like to get people upset, so refuse to let it get to you. Just had a call a few minutes ago.  Someone actually said, "hello."  Then silence.

Just got a call from them. These people who say they are representing charities, you are believing them because...? They, and others like them, are lowly scammers who prey on the elderlly, lonely and gullible. No reputable charity would do this nuisance-calling-thing over and over to the same people. Only robo-dialing jerks do that.

I suggest that you consider getting a phone-blocker. They are reasonable and incredibly helpful! I use phone tray pro, but there are many on the market. You will not regret it!

Get calls from this number several times a week.  I just let it go to v-mail and they hang up.

Showed up on my missed calls list, no message.

I just cleared out my caller ID log, they called my DNC land line 6 times last week

Drives you nuts, doesn't it. I get them almost everyday.

You are absolutely correct.  The caller is the one who gets most of the money donated.  I overheard someone that does this for a living talk about it!  I got a call on my business line at 8:54 p.m. RUDE!!!

constantly getting phone calls from this number and when I answer ,no one says anything and when it goes to machine no one leaves a message.

You are better off making a donation directly.  These companies that call on behalf take a LARGE portion of what they collect for their operating costs.  Very little goes to the organization.  And, yes, they call and call and call and never leave a message.

These people call constantly.  I will not donate to any organization asking for $$$ by phone.  They do not leave a message.
