Block them on your phone

Get 2-3 calls everyday for the past week. When I answer call ends, when I don't I get 30 second voicemails of silence.

Please call customer service. You have one of those defective Asian keyboards where the 'caps' key gets stuck. Or did you just forget to press it to turn it off? . . . Never mind.

CALL OCWEN AND COMPLAIN, THEY CLAIM IT IS NOT FROM THEM, BUT IN THAT THEY HIRE THIRD PARTY PEOPLE TO REPRESENT THEM, SELL THEIR CUSTOMERS NAMES, ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS TO THIRD PARTIES THEN PLACE THE PROBLEM SQUARE IN THEIR LAP!

3 calls from this number so far today. On my office phone. I haven't answered any of them so far, I may though if they call again, just to have a little fun.
I don't have a mortgage, my house was paid off years ago, and was contract-for-deed so I never had a mortgage on it to begin with.

 I work for an AMLaw 100 firm, maybe if I explain that to them they'll get my number off their list  ;-)

Do what Lori said - call the number back and yuo get a recording.  If you listen to the options and press 3 you can be added to their Do Not Call list.  Says could take a few days to process - if I still get calls next week, not sure next actions available.

Called on my work number, how did they get that, I do not have that published anywhere!!  Anyway, they were trying to sell me something and say that I had won something and that they can send it if I answer a few questions.  I told them that was my work number and so I will not be able to answer their questions.  VERY ANNOYING!!

I have never ever missed a payment or been late on a payment in 15 years on my house. I have made extra payments and this number calls me twice a day. I just don't answer. Annoying.

I get atleast 1 call from this number everyday. I'm 16. What does some Morgage place want with me?. It's annoying..

Just received another call from this number and called them back after they didn't leave a message.  If you press 3 you can be added to their Do Not Call list which we shouldn't have to do if we are already on the National Do Not Call Registry.

I receive several calls a day from Ocwen. I do not answered them anymore as I am not interested in any insurance plan I have my own insurance.
If this keeps up I will be going with another company. Very annoying!!! Never had any trouble when it was with GMAC!!!!

I filed a complain to FTC 877-382-4357. I am the same GMAC sold our mortgage to Ocwen Loan Servicing and now I am getting calls twice a day everyday on my cell phone.When You call THEM back, it will tell you to press such and such #. I did press # 3 for the DO NOT CALL LIST, aftr pressing the recording will tell you that it will take 30 days to remove your ph# ,So that means to say 30 more days of annoying calls from them. We all should file a lawsuit since we all have valid complaints. Just because that our loan was transfered to them that doesn't mean they have the right to call us.

Oh, yes! Ever since my mortgage was sold to these people (Ocwen Loan /servicing, LLC), They started out with one big screw up!  They only paid three quarters of my house insurance which was in escrow.  My home insurance was almost canceled!!!  Secondly,  they do not send the statements until the 20th of the month for the next month's mortgage payment.  I like to pay my mortgage, early!!!! So, what I do is copy my payment statement and now I am going to start paying early, like I did when it was J.P. Morgan/Chase.  I am filing a complaint against them!  Not a happy camper! Now, they are calling me and having others call me to try and sell Home Warranties?  What do they think I am, a fool!

If it makes you feel any better, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC has, as of today, an "F" rating from the BBB.

Here is the reason for the "F" rating:

Of course, it is hard to tell whether these calls are actually coming from this company based upon what has been reported here.  For example, these calls could have been made by scammers using the name of the company and the caller IDs may have been spoofed.  And even the reliability of BBB ratings has been questioned.

Still, perhaps this information will help someone who knows how to use it.

These idiots called me and spoke in broken English.  So i responded in kind.   I asked if they were calling to give me an Obama phone and that i wanted one.    That threw him off then went into his pitch again.   I said thank you SOOO much for the Obama phone but you need to hold for a minute ( i left him hanging for about 7-8 minutes) then came back and told him all the people I was gonna call on my new Obama phone.   I asked him if he was related to Jesus then put him on hold again.   I came back and told him where to send my Obama phone.

They have never called me back.

They say they will stop calling only if I send them all of my money....

I was getting from them to. So I called them not to call or send junk mail so they put me on a list.then tonoght i get a call again from them nobody was there on line.

Bank of America sold me out to Ocwen LLC, a glorified name for a COLLECTION AGENCY!!!!  I make my low payment every month on time just waiting for my chance to free myself of the house...

Ocwen.  I refi'd so this is especially aggravating.

Just Ocwen calling to sell crap I don't need or want - much higher priced insurance, worthless extra coverage I don't need and a worthless home warranty that has so much fine print that nothing is covered.  Just tells me Ocwen is full of scumbags.  Just enter this number as blocked into your phone.  Virtually all handheld phones have this option now.  If they continue to harass then forward a complaint to your state attorney general for harassment.  My mortgage was unfortunately bought in a package of millions of loans by Ocwen.  Ocwen is the absolute worst lender out there.  They will hound you with calls and use different numbers so it is hard to permanently block them.

they call  again & again.... like William & James my morgage was sold...... they try to offer different insurance, etc, etc...... tired of them & to say DO NOT CALL ME!!!!!!

So much for getting my name removed.  They called again today.

I received the same call as William and James.  Did not answer, but did call back and was able to remove my number from any further calls about a home warranty.

My home mortgage was recently sold to Ocwen and I started receiving calls from this number once a week a few weeks ago.  I've never answered them, but it's probably their sales dept based on the previous response.  I've marked this number as 'Spam' in my phone so I won't accidentally answer it.
