I didn't even sign up  on google looking at barbie dolls for sale and when I clicked on the ebay URL the number came up. I didnt think anymore about it until I checked my bank statement. They have been taking out small amounts everyday but are increasing the amount each time.

My mother's account was debited $320.16 in August. Compass Bank said I waited too long to dispute this debit. It was unauthorized. Her account was also debited August 8 in the amount of $200 for "Speedvoice Communications", phone #866-636-9078 (always busy) and on November 12 for $289.95 to Safe National of America, phone 800-587--332 (temporarily out of service). We just took over managing mom's account and found these outrageous thefts.

What a lowlife who robs poor elderly widows who cannot defend themselves against these robbers. But don't worry, it will catch up to them. And what kind of bank is so uninformed about fraudulent practices that they allow anyone to withdraw from a person's bank account  and then use the sorry excuse that too much time has passed to do anything about it? COMPASS BANK.

This AYO-ADE-One Vision did the same thing to my 74 year grandmother.  The  took $329.72 back in September and $359.80 back in August.  My grandmother banks with Suntrust.  Suntrust will not reimburse her money because she filed the fraudulent claim too late.  Suntrust policy is you have to file a claim within 30 days.  We filed the claim in November.  I will write a letter to the DOJ also.

A pissed granddaughter!!!

This happened to my grandmother in September ($329.72) and August ($359.80).  We just found out about it and my grandmothers bank (Suntrust) denied her fraudulent claim because she filed the claim after 30 days.  My grandmother is 74 years old.  She do not check her bank statements.  Not sure if she will get her money back.

I wish I could go to each person on this list but, maybe they will read this.  They did the same thing to my mom. It was $314.00.  I contacted the Department of Justice in the Capital City of the State I reside. I wrote them a letter. My Mom received a letter back from DOJ and a money order for the full amount.  The only way to stop this person is everyone do this.  Hope this is of help.  The address the sent back to me was Ayo Ade One Vision
               140-66 Burden Crest Suite 3
               Brianwood, NY 11435

They had mailed it to DOJ and they mailed it back to

GOOD LUCK

Another thing that could be happening is a version of this known scam: You buy something from a store or website and at the checkout, you're asked if you'd like to try some other product or service, perhaps with a $-off-your-bill coupon, but buried in the fine print is authorization to bill negative-option subscriptions to your card that may be difficult or impossible to cancel. Sometimes there's a month or 2 delay before your card gets charged and that's so you don't make the connection between strange charges and the offer you'd accepted back then. The scammer's broken no law theoretically because it was disclosed in the fine print but IMO it's a scam because had they properly informed you in large print up front, you'd never have accepted the offer. So did anything like a free-something happen to any of you?

Before you sign up for Lifelock, I suggest you google "lifelock scam" and read what shows up. You must be aware the founder of Lifelock advertises his SSN but are you aware his accounts have been broken into several times? Apparently not very effective at protecting your ID or accounts.

I am investigating another instance where an elderly lady's checking account information was used by AYO-ADE One Vision to electronically withdraw $360.92 on 09-10-10.  This occured in conjunction with other frauds on her account from companies named Speed Voice Communications, Atomic Processing, and USM Customer Service.  She also received four separate phone calls from a male subject with a foreign accent who claimed he was from her bank (although he never correctly identified which bank she belonged to) who was calling to allegedly stop fraud on her account.  She never gave him any further information and he eventually stopped calling.

I encourage anyone who has been a victim of this type of fraud to report the activity to the Federal Trade Commission at www.consumer.gov/idtheft and www.ic3.gov.  Local police departments have limited resources when dealing with this type of fraud, so it is up to the victim to report such incidents to the federal government.  Although a police report was generated in Southwest Ohio to our Sheriff's Office by my victim, it is obvious that this "company" has taken a lot of money from numerous victims all over the country.  As is the case with my department, we simply do not have the manpower or funding to send our investigators all over the country tracking down leads.  We defer to the federal government who has offices in every state.

I hope this helps!  Report this to the websites I have listed, and have your loved ones put a fraud alert on their credit report by notifying one of the Big 3 credit reporting agencies:  Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

Banks wont be able to return a item over 1 year old at all. That is why they send you statements to verfiy your transactions. it's the customers resposibility to monitor their account. It would be impossible for a bank to ever verify every transaction on your account to know what you applied for or not.

I did not get a phone call from this company. My bank called to verify a $311.78 debit which I had not made. They immediately credited my account. This bunch of thieves printed a check with my routing number, account number and charged it electronic with no signature on the check. This was written 8/27/2010 , check number 2394 $311.78. I closed my account and I hope some one can locate these people and lock them up for life time. My bank tried to call the above number but was transferred to voice mail, so he hung up.

Dispute it with the fraud dept at your bank. They will investigate. Once this got to my bank's fraud dept they recognized the name and said it was a bogus company. They immidiately replace my money. I still had to close the account but it could have been much worse. Good Luck!

They stole $314.53 from my 85 year old mother's checking account. I just came back from Capitol One branch and as always they were very helpful and I hope they will get the money back for her.

I tell everyone and anyone that will listen: If you have any elderly relatives or friends you MUST monitor their bank accounts constantly (daily).

I would like to have "CALL CHOKING" hooked up to my phone line when I try to contact these scum of the earth "people" that prey on the elderlyl

Ditto Terri's post above, except it was on 8/17, check# 2354, for $343, payable to AYO-ADE-ONE VISION.  And to make matters worse, the bank informed me that there are legit companies out there, with whom we all do bsns, who will sell our auto-debit info to other companies.  ...Isn't that just so nice!  -- the creeps.

AND -- To my knowledge, there was no phone call made that my mom would have received because her phone was been down until the 18th.  Nice huh?
