I called to ask what this is about.  They asked for a SS#  I told them that I had a case number and they said no we need a SS#.  Yea right.  I talked to a David he said he did not know who Sandy Jones was ( she is suppose to be the sectary for the company)  What a scam.

My husband, and mom and mother in law have all gotten calls from these stupid scam artist saying that they are coming to my house to serve me papers for 1099 tax form. really these busters have no idea how stupid they are. that is a matter of the irs if thats the case. I'll believe it when i actually get a knock on my door. plus i dont do 1099 i do a w2. dont give your info to these people.

They called my stepdad and told him that I was going to be served papers for civil court tomorrow between the hours of 9 and 4. Then they attempted to call me from a different number(7273626780). I ignored the call and they did not leave a voicemail. I have never heard of this company before today. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.

I kept receiving phone calls from Kevin Callister with Epstien & Roth telling me that someone was trying to attach my income.  I ignored it because I keep close attention to my debit balance and no one had charged anything.  Then they called my father in law.  He called me and gave me all the info. that he had. He was told that I was involved in a civi suit and they needed my number so that he could set up the day that the sheriff could serve me with these papers.  I had never recieved any correspondence from them.  Every time I ask who was suing me I got the run around.  When he told me the company I still had no clue of why they were suing me.  I thought I had already paid this off.  He kept threathing and scareing me.  I ended up giving all my info to him and agreed to have a certain amt deducted from card.  Then I started reading all of these review and others on the internet.  I ended up cancelling my card so they couldn't touch it.  I'm still worried about being taken to court.

david epstein called me saying i was being taken to civil court of child support. i dont even have children! they wanted me to confirm my scoial security number in order to identify me. when i asked them to confirm the last four of my soc, he laughed. i called back repeatedly and he finally blocked my phone number. older guy, kinda nasaly. i asked him if he wanted me to file a complaint with the attny general or if i wanted my lawyer to call him personally after i threatened to sue the s*** out of them for harrassment. these people are a***oles.

I have also been getting messages from my moms from these people, they were rude and smart with her, so I called, said it was a payday loan from a company thats not even around me and from 2006, its all crap, dont give them your info!!!!!!!

I recieved a call today friday april 27th,2012 saying i owed 3000.00 on an old oloan which was interest the loan was taken out in 2005 so I called an attorney, they advised me not to pay these scam artists, what t hey is buy old lists make it sound legitimate and gets you intimidated and so you will pay the orginal loan which is much smaller.  I WILL NOT PAY I ADVISE ANYONE WHO GETS A CALL TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY

These people are very rude and insulting...I hope someone sues them for harassment.

I rec'd a call from Epstein, Roth and Associates. They called a relative's house looking for me and told the person that they needed to know who was going to at the residence to accept the legal documents that they needed to serve me.  I called the # they left...888.691.3926 and I was told that I owed $18,000 in back child support from 2001 to current.  I laughed out aloud, told them that the call was being recorded and that I am going to file a complaint with the proper authorities including FTC.   When I said that he became verbally abusive and insulting.  I let him go on the rant and then reiterated the call was being recorded and that he was breaking a number of laws.

Who is this? Is it a scam? Something sounds weird, and here personal information was given over the phone. This guy says he can take to court....

calling to ask if you are going to be home so they can have an uniformed officer serve you papers on somethine thats old.
