Why would this be Verizon?  This is what they say on answering machine. Also say a change in email and to return a call to them at another number.

I did not pick up (I don't answer "UNAVAILABLE" calls.

I received a call from this number @ 2:30 AM !!

It's definitely Verizon.  They called me as soon as I reset my online password to verify it.  This is one call I didn't mind getting!

Kept calling every 10-15 minutes on certain days like a stalker. Won't leave msg on machine.

Please stop calling

several times a day they say' call you when we get there'

Like a few others said, it was Verizon confirming an online password change.

Freaking Verizon filled my voice mail with their b***s*** messages to pres 2. Called my # repeatedly 10 times within an hour. I hate Verizon.

this number is just a number from verizon. if you have changed something with your service. (which I did today). harmless number. computer  generated.

they called me twice just now and i didn't answer and the left me a voicemail that said um like hey (my first and last name) and then told me about this jehovahs witness stuff and was like call this number and that it would be worth my time in a like sexy voice. so i thought it was one of my friends prank calling me and it was like some porn number or somethin.

I don't answer avavailable numbers for I have had problems in the past with the previous owners of the number that they were late on bills and they wouln't beleave me when I told them that it was the wrong number or wrong people they were calling

Computerized call(unknown name) 1st time picked up by answering machine and left message if I had not changed the password on my Verizon account call a Verizon number to verify. I did change my password, so I didn't call. They have called every hour all day today, but won't stay online for answering machine to pick up again. When I called the number it said to call to tell them to quit calling, it's about a 2 hour wait with Verizon, and then a run around telling you they don't make these kinds of calls.:((

I got one, too. Not sure what it was for, I was out when they called.

I just received this call and monitored the voicemail. Mine was from Verizon notifying me of changing my email address to my account. I just signed up for account access with FIOS. Not sure if that is similar to you.

Who is it and why they call? I am not answering when it's from "Unavailable"
