Trying to find who calls from this number.

I am getting calls from this number.  Thanks to other post, I now know who is calling. I recently got a policy from blue cross/ blue shield.  I am disabled and slow to answer the phone, however they must be able to detect that my answering machine is going to pick up, they do not leave a message.  When I called the number back, it tells me for a charge of 4.95 they will give the number of the caller....Come on folks....if you are a legit business, at least send caller iD information.  Usually I do not answer such calls that does not send id information.

It is a valid service connected with our insurance company and has been really helpful.  A nurse has been assigned to us once we called in the first time.  They are very very helpful and even more helpful than the nurses at our pediatrician office.  They are available 24/7.  We love the serive.

this number has been calling over and over again, leaving messages about some coverage we have (or something new that we need?)  I called it back and got a recording saying to press * (star) to receive information about this number, or to press * to get a text message from this number -- standard rates apply for the text message.

Sounds kind of fishy, to have an insurance company call someone and then have them press * to get information.  I will be logging onto our insurance site to remove any information about Blues on Call
