I've been getting calls from them for months. I was actually pretty naive and even payed them for 2 months. Only to find that they are a scam. They are only a collection agency, but there is no law firm working with them and there is NO criminal proceedings.

I've had two of these calls for my daughter and one for my son-in-law.  This last call even gave me a case number.

These people somehow got my mothers phone number and keep asking for someone who does not exist in our family. My mother is elderly and if she believes she owes money she would give it to them. I tell her to hang up on them because they are not even calling the right number. I have told them over and over that the person they are trying to reach does not exist in the home or our family but they continue to call upsetting my mother.

We will catch you.  It is a matter of time.

I have received a call from this company at my job, and they have called my sisters house leaving the same message about I have been inplicated in a matter that need to be resolved and I need to speak with a mediator to avoid legal proceedings. I called them and asked who they were and they said BWC group. I then asked them for an address so I could send them a stop and cease letter but he would not give me an address, and told me that they can't give out their address because its a security issue. He would not tell me what kind of company it was or anything. He kept trying to get me to say why I called. If a company wont give you their contact information Don't trust them. Its a collection agency that uses this tactic to get money.

Received a call today and they said that I needed to call back and talk with a mediator to avoid further legal proceedings. They said I needed to call 888-422-1913. Did not identify themselves.

I just received a recorded message from them and they call themselves BWC Group and something about calling them to set up a time with a medeator, I believe it is a scam and I am sick of these phone calls, wish they would stop.

Don't pay these scam artist a dime!!!! I just had it out with them on the phone. They are small time crooks trying to work loop holes in the system to make easy money. I told them to get a life and a real job!!!

It's a scam. Do not call them back and DO NOT give them any money. They will try telling you that they are working with a law office that will be filing a crminal complaint against you. It's fake. I get a 3-4 of these a month for over the last two years. I have yet to be taken to court or arrested.

I am getting phone calls and leave a recorded message that this is regarding business I am currently doing.

I think it's a scam.
