BNC (888-702-6446/866-723-3115)is a big joke and look for people who are scared and not willing to fight for the truth. I have receive multiples calls from this company but placed them on ignore since I do not have time for foolishness. On  yesterday enough was enough, this company no only called my job but called three of my co-workers. I call them directly to and advised them of my rights via the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and informed them to only contact me in writing with the following information {credit card or other loan was orig with, the amount of the orig debt and the date of the org date as well as a letter that proves the debt belongs to me. As many of you know, the representive had to place his "supervisor" on the phone who refused to provide me with any information such as their local or corporate address but he wanted me to answer all of his question so to make a long story short after I got finished with him he decided to call me childish and hung up the phone .........Ha!

Sincd I was informed who the debtor was I called them directly only to find out that they have their own collection department whom hadn't tried contacting me and had no association with BNC.

Always, always, always do your homework!

No Weapon

This company called my mother and step-father, who have a different last name than I do. They also live 1000 miles away from me

These people are annoying they have called my children and myself and left some threatening type messages. You would think privacy laws come into play with a debt collector. My business is mine not my childtens and how did they get their numbers.

They keep calling, and they keep guessing as to what information they have on me. I confronted them after I read the other post here. Don't fall for these scams. So far they have used 3 different phone numbers and keep changing the story.

I received a call from this number but they left a message looking for my dad. How did u get my number? And what company is this?

This company has arrogant individuals conducting its business.  They perceive that if an assumed debit is owed, that they have a right to throw civility and respect out the door.  They have refused to follow the fair debt practices act and submit that a debt is owed when requested to do so.

I received a call from this number, I would like to know more about the company that is associated with this number. I tried to call the number, left me on hold. Please provide me with some info on this company.
