Just got a call today at 12:52 Central time from this number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.
I do not have Blue Cross blue shield insurance and have no idea why they'd be calling me.

Will block if the calls persist.

This phone number was listed as a contact number to Debt Verification letter received in an attempted intimidating mailer....shows address of P.O. Box 025250 #66587 Miami, FL 33102-5250.
Seems suspicious if BCBS???

please have Blue Cross Blue Shield stop calling my cell phone. I have nothing to do with BS BS. This has happened several times. It costs me money if I answer the call.

Ya,it's a real call from BC of Mass.. I just called the number, it has to do with my medical supplies and I also called BC, told them to take me off the list. With all these scams I will not give any info over the phone at all.  But it is legit.

This is a legit call from Blue Cross about updating their records: if this is your only health insurance or you/or spouse have additional insurance, which one is primery or secondary, etc. If they don't have the correct info, they WILL refuse payment to your doctor or pharmacy, they can be real pricks about it.

It was blue cross blue shield of ma, checking on a coverage issue.

Automated required survey under your membership agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield. They send you 2 letters first until attempting to contact you via phone.

Just as the other's here have said; it's BCBS to call them back with your member ID number; it was a coordination of benefits call to see if we had any other insurance coverage over the past year. It's ligit~

BCBS left message with phone number to call back with account number and the website.  Legit.

They just called me three times in a row within 10 minutes.  No messages left.

Called multiple times - never answered

I received a phone call from this number and they left me an account # and ref# for blue cross and blue shield.  After reading things here I am not calling that number back!!

The call said it was from blue cross or something, seemed like tel scam so I hung up and the call tied up my phone line for 20 minutes.

They called twice consecutively with no voice mails, when I tried calling back it just rang and rang.......

They called my cell three times in a row and i didnt pick up. They never left a voice message.

I have received about 5 calls from this number in two days but they never leave me a message.  Very frustrating!

It's not a scam. It's a 3rd party contracted by Blue Cross to take a survey of existing subscribers.

"Rachel from Cardholder Services" has been calling for years, despite my attempts to get rid of her. When you press 9 and ask to be taken off the list, they just hang up. You'd think these jerks would get the message that their calls are unwanted!

message said to call Blue Cross at this number. Turns out to be a telemarketing scam, not Blue Cross!

This number was part of a junk fax I received where they identify themselves as www.FirstRankGlobal.com
