They have made 18 attempts to contact my business using my office fax.  I contacted the caller to stop the business interruption but the calls have not stopped.

This number is violating the DO NOT CALL LIST. It is ran auto dialer epeatedly calling a cell phone that is listed and when called back there is a voicemail that gives the following information to email "STATUS@HOUSINGLAWCENTER.COM"  which is for the attorney Brian Colombana in Lake Forest, CA to sell debt relief and home mortgage relief.

I suggest everyone pest the heck out of this call violator!!  He has countless complaints and has been reported to the BBB and RipOff reports, etc.

Has anyone written a demand letter and received a full refund for loan modification not granted since his license was revoked on 6/20/10?

This is an auto-dialer from Brian J. Colombana a 29 year old attorney.  He is being disciplined by the CA Bar. He has numerous complaints of fraud and scams for selling debt-relief through home mortgage relief, short sales, credit card debt relief, etc. His autodialer is clearly violating the DO NOT CALL LIST and is being reported. He has had various addresses in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Lake Forest etc. All of the phone numbers listed go unanswered or are disconnected except one.  He has a a real estate agent listing with Cindy Schultz.  That number is listed as 323-447-3116 and is an active number.  He is operating a new site www.housinglawcenter.com and also www.realestatealisoviejoca.com.  He claims to own and operate Liberty Law Firm and Optimus Real Estate. You won't be able to get hold of him though.

This number has called me numerous times. No messages left. Called the number back this morning and received a message saying I had reached the law offices of Brian somebody-or-other (can't understand the person on the message very well). The message also says something about requests for updates my be emailed to status@housinglawcenter.com. The message concludes with not to leave a message because they won't check it.

a collection agency perhaps?

This number has called me 6 times today alone, yet they have negelected to leave a single message. I've heard of phone scams before, so I won't be returning the calls.

said i had a state estate sale, but was very evasive and stalling in his speach and was attempting to have me call back. he was a male with a slurred muffled voice. most definitley a scam call to get you to call back so your # can be used for thier gain.called next day ,i did not answer.
