I am stunned that I got scammed by this company! They took on April 26, 697.00 dollars from me thru my chase credit card. I have tried to call Chase and seek reimbursement. It is too late to recover the monies. So, I have dicided to join a class action suit and to file a compliant with the BBB and the state attorney generals office.

These people call me all the time. I felt it was a scam from the start. I called my bank and asked who these people are - a 3rd party offering to lower my interest rate with my bank. Bank Of America told me they do not work with Live For Success Today. When I told the caller this, they said "The customer service person does not know what happens on the corporate level, we deal with management, not customer service".
The caller offered to lower my rate if I told them my credit card number (to check and see if my card was in good standing) . I said No, not going to give my card number to a stranger who cold calls me. She responded "what could I do with that?" I said "whatever you want".

Just to let you know I enrolled back in May and my husband got upset with me because I did, not that the company did anything wrong just cause I didn't speak with him. So to keep for fighting with him I called live for success today explain to them what was going on and they refunded my account with no problems and got in back in 3 days.

First thing i 'd like to point out is your information is incorrect, i have done my own research based off your research and your blending info of 3 different companies. also this consumer credit group was out of business in 2010, also this 888 707-7117 is for a company called delta financial , and for the company called Liveforsuccesstoday is an outstanding company they lowered my rates on all my cards also gave me access to a savings website where i get discounts on items i purchase on a daily basis, plus i speak to my consultant about every 3-6 months to renegotiate for me to keep my rates always at the lowest possible , i dont know how much you stay on top of your finances but the problem might just be you not them because they helped me dearly thank you and get all your info straight first before you start blogging.

Wow....I agree with all replies. The are rude and a scam. I never sent in the paper work that would give my signature to go ahead with the process. Thank God, I had a sick feeling from the start. I tried to cx but they told me there was no refunds. Why should I be charged before the services were completed. I called Visa. Visa refunded the money to my account. If they need my signature to auth. the transaction. Than you Chase.

Live for Success Today. Started the interest reduction program with them in February - Took my money and gave me a crazy runaround till now (may 16). Requested info on my account today from "customer Service" at 877-443-1672, they said they were no longer affiliated with "that company", called the "billing people at 866-507-2070, they were "surprised" to hear this. I asked to have my money refunded & they said they would "put me on the list" and start the process. I have doubts that I'll ever see that money again.

Damn. What are the chances of me getting my refund?

I fell for the "Live for Success Today" interest rate reduction. They took almost $1000 from me back in Feb. & after serious run around i realized it was a scam. I called for a refund today, they said it will take 7 to 10 days. We'll see. Has anyone ever gotten a refund? If not, Is there any way to dispute the charge with my credit card?

Was scammed by the Consumer Credit group...Took my money and they knew that my husband was seriously ill. We needed help and they persisted to call and call and convince us that this works. We got nothing from them accept a lousy packet telling us how to make multiple payments on our credit cards and they will go away faster. Well hello...I think we all know if you make double and triple payments it will get paid off faster. They acutally did more harm to us. Now our credit card companies think we are having a hard time because they were contacted by them and now they have lowered all our credit limits because they are worried that we won't pay. We have excellent credit and still do. A year later they are out of business and the BBB tons of complaints on this scam company. We should all get together to find out where these scammers are hiding and burn them out of their caves. We need to do get a class action lawsuit against them. I would be willing to join and do whatever it takes.

THIS IS ALL PUBLIC INFORMATION THAT IS FREELY AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET.
A little internet research, some phone calls, and some cunning prying uncovered the following company names/addresses. I called ?live for success today? and was met with the same type of rude and abusive agents that many people here are complaining about. After a few questions were answered, ?Amy? refused to give the company?s address. Of course this is not a legitimate company . Then, an extremely abusive ?Brian? called me back (even though I had blocked my number to them) and told me if I ever called again, my phone would ?not work for a week.? I called back. So far, it?s an empty threat.

They verbally told me that they have a money back guarantee. After negociations with my credit card company were unsuccessful in the first attempt, I asked for a refund. They said it should appear on my account in 7 to 10 days. After 14 no credit. Scam, scam, scam
