jail. He is a scam artist who tries to get you to pay $10K to $20K for unsecured loans. I have

I would not deal with Bnettube and Celltech at all

I didn't recieve a call from this number, but I did recieve one from 888-586-0485. The guy was not American and toldd me I did not pay back a payday loan for 400 dollars, and now I owed over 1,000 dollars, also that it would be a warrent put out for me, and that he needed a fax number to my lawyer.I am checking into all of this and trying to see what is going on and if this is actually true or if it's a scam. The guy said his name is "John Matthew"

Monica based  commercial business telephone system  provider.  CellTech Magic Marketing bought this number from  www.connectbynet.com  in 2009.     Sometime in Jan  of  2010  it was reported having been  hacked by and installed in  a ROBO auto callers  of  collection agencies of  organaization with some criminal elements with Glendora (California)  Police Department .  Celltech Magic cancelleld the subscription of this number  in  April of 2011 from www.connectbynet.com. who is suppler from RNK Tel. of Massachussets.  This criminal hacking was reported to Garden Grove (California) Police Department who is presently investigating the source of calls .  Todate, Aug. 2, 2011, the hackers are continuing to use this  number  and we do not know how  they are getting away  with it.  However, we will report this complaint  anew with Garden Police Department. .

Somebody directed us on this 800 notes about  the No. (888)708-7701.

This number was originally issued to us by RNK Tel, a provider of  Phone numbers. It was system  hacked  and reported to Glendora Police Department and Garden Grove Police Department. It is still currently being investigated by  California District Attorney to trace the illicit company  who is using
it.  

We cancelled this number  in 2010 and still the thieves of phone numbers are still using it. This is an old number from our  website.

What planet are you from?  You are probably a criminal yourself.   These are scam phone calls from scam artists and scumbags to hard working people who don't owe them anything at all.  So, why should they pay them one cent.  I would not pay them a penny!!!  I have gotten plenty of scam phone calls saying thry will prosecute and send me to jail and I am still here.  I just ignore these idiots because they belong in jail!!!

I received another phone call from these people. Today he identified himself as Ollie Jones. The company name is so muffled I could not understand what he said.

These messages they leave are on my answering machine. Several messages are threatening, saying they hope I'll be safe, etc.

I am reporting them today to the Delaware State Police for the suble unlying threats that are in the messages.

I have not called them back and do not plan to. The number they leave to call them back is 888-708-7701.

Just got a call from them.  They first called me about 6 months ago and I had a loan out at the time.... they had all my personal information and ALMOST got a payment from me.  Once I showed interest in paying they really stepped up their game.  Eventually realized it was a scam, cause my loan had actually been paid off (direct withdrawal) a couple weeks prior to the first phone call.  They will even call from 000-000-0000.... They are not moved by threats of the Atty Gen. office since they think they do not have to "abide" by US laws as far as THEY are concerned (since they are really out of the country).  The next time they called, I acted as if I was deaf and my TTY wasnt working..(Lord forgive me... but they are relentless!!!.. :)

Hey guys thought you might fine this very interesting this company that is harassing us is none other than a Marketing Company. They are located in California, but also have an International branch which is in the Philippines in which the 888-708-7701 is. They have two different Company names that they go by. Celltech Magic Mktng Inc Usa and BNETTUBE BROADCASTING. I am taking this information to my Attorney General and I might goes as far as public T.V. these guys want to make life a living hell for us I am going to give them back what they been giving.

I have been recieveing these calls yet again... from Steven and Nish about a Federal Inestigation I haven't take any loan from a company called Cash Net and Mr Steven and Nish from the messages I have recieved have both hung up on me and have both told me to get lost when I stated that I was not the person they are looking for and that my number is registered witht the National Do Not Call list as well as my work. I again go get lost and dont call us 'Click". Well dont call me...then. How can they not understand that we know they are not a realy company when none of them speak english and they are all exremely rude. Something has to be done about this as there is more and more of it going on. The first time around in December it was from a different number but same messages...except at that time they were threating me with you will go to jail and if you dont comply someone will be there to arrest you tomorrow, I asked for there company name and for proof it was me I never once gave my SSN of DOB. However this time around they know it but I did not confirm it.when they asked if I was this person with this DOB and this SSN i just said you have the wrong person. How are they getting our information is my questions. I have not done any online anything in fear that this would somehow happen.Its just out of control and needs to stop where can I go and what can I do I have already registered there last number witht he state?

The icing on the cake is that I wasn't even legally responsible for what the companies were trying to collect from me.  They had the wrong James.

If these companies are so legitimate, and there is nothing to worry about it in handling things in a legal fashion, then why in the world would there be websites with hundreds and thousands of people complaining at how rude, inappropriate, unprofessional, and down right ILLEGAL these people are?  Can you explain this to the average american citizen.

Unfortunately, I was put in a situation with many of the people posting on these sites.  After I experienced this same level of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and illegal tactics by these 'collectors, investigators, legal people who claim they can have me and my parents thrown in jail" (I've heard it all.), I filed complaints, took legal action, and had many of these companies fined.

The sad part is that none of these companies learn from their mistakes or even understand what human to human customer service consists.  Once they accomplish this, maybe more people will be willing to pick up the telephone.  Unfortunately, this is not the case.

I received numerous calls from this #1-888-708-7701 claiming that i owed a payday loan that i never took out the first gentleman i talked to was named Tony Johnson then i talked to his so called supervisor named Robert Davis the both claimed to be working for a law firm named Morris in fort Myers Florida. Both of these men were very rude they keep calling herassing me at work and at home they even herrassed my manager trying to get personal info. I also check to see if there were any attornies in the florida offices of Morris Law Firm and neither one of their names we found.

I called my local F.B.I office, they told me there is nothing you can do about it, he said they're hundreds of calls made like this each day. He also noted, they're just scams, people trying to scam you for money. Do not answer, Do not call back, completely ignore them. Further more there might be a place to file a complaint about the number but that's about it, nothing else can be done.

*I just received this call no more than 10 minutes ago, some guy named Jerry Hunt. NOTICE how the phone call cuts out on certain words, it's all a ploy to scam people for money, nothing on the phone call that's important like the name of the department they're calling from is muffled.

I got a call from this number and they also called my mother saying it was the police department he used the name john smith. told my mother he was calling from texas and when he called me he said he was calling from florida and had a legal law sue against me. Also said I was an immigrant and I could be deported...umm no last time I checked I was born in america.... Is scam to take your money  they will contact your family, friends and try to scare you. tell them you will be filling a police report and they will leave you alone by the way he has a real heavy accent.

Yes, I have been harrassed on my job now for about a week. The number is 888-708-7701. The caller states that I owe a payday loan, but wouldn't give me the name of the company I supposedly owed. he did state that I owed $395.00 and if I didn't give him my credit card information then it would become $3,000.00. I advised him to send something in writing to my home address so that I could look into futher he refused and stated that he wanted to speak with my lawyer. i advised him I wasn't hiring a lawyer for his scam and that if he was lonely and wanted to talk to call my cell phone and not my work number. He put soemone else on the phone which they were hollaring at me and stated that they would continue to call my job that there wasn't anything I could do since I don't know where he is. Such a scam. I sure wish I knew where they were so I file charges against them.

There is nothing legal about your company.  Your message does not even make sense.  Keep calling my number and you will find yourself in SEVERE legal trouble.  I can make it happen!!

Just received a call from this number. I couldn't understand the guy, connection kept going in and out, heavy foreign accent, bad English etc. Said call was for Mary Hoffman, don't know any Mary Hoffman and it was regarding a legal matter in which she was named as the contact for Donald Cash, don't know him either!
I got the same kind of call about 6-8 months ago, only once though. I did report it to the FDCL, don't know what came about from it.

Hi I just received a call from a Donald Griffin claiming to be calling me from the Bureau of Crime Investigation. I don't know what it was in reference to because I told him I wasn't home. He didn't call my home phone he called my cell phone. Also the number he called from wasn't a complete number. It was 214-452-786
