Junk fax advertising a short term business loan scam.  Fake "removal" number listed is 877-370-2808 and calling that will only increase the amount of faxes you receive.  File FCC complaints when you get faxes like this.  The more complaints they get the more likely they are to do something.

This is clearly another scam, junk fax.  Can't anyone stop this kind of stuff?  We get way more scam faxes than real ones.

have received several faxes from them; each time i have used automated systems to try to remove.  they have a number at the bottom of the fax or if you call their number you can navigate to extension to remove your fax number.  i told someone in person a week or two ago.  so far none of my efforts have worked.  today i did all three ways at the same time to try to get off their list.  good luck.

Received an unwanted fax, stating we still might be eligible for debt relief through their small business hardship program.  Problem is, we're a governmental agency.  Said to contact Davis Russ at 888-710-5840 or their website, www.sbdap.org.  WHAT A SCAM!

I got the bogus fax asking us to call Derrick Noble, Sr. Counselor for Small Business for a free & confidential consultation. Email given was dnoble@sbdap.org.

Web sites sbdap.org and primefundingdirect.com are run by the same person.  The whois gives the following name/address: Jim Dyche, 2450 White Rd Ste 250, Irvine, CA  92614.  The phone number listed is
+1.8583377964.  But, surprise, surprise, the number is a non-working phone number.  Email listed is jim.dyche@gmail.com

I got through on their voice line and told them I wanted to send them an invoice for unsolicited faxes.  They hung up on me and have blocked my caller id from harassing them further.  I received repeated unsolicted faxes from them over the past 6 months.  Fax removal line does no good.  I suspect they then sell the number to other companies.

Jim Dyche has had several prior lives in related scams and was in trouble with several state attorney general offices for selling insurance.  I wish one of them had permanently shut Jim Dyche (if that is his real name) down.

The registrar for his website is based in India and they have the distinction of being the registrar of choice for scammers and fraud artists.  No value in contacting them.

Website given: www.sbdap.org (a government-run website, as implied by the logo, would have .gov) and signed by one "Derrick Noble", and to call him at 888-710-5840 or email him at dnoble@sbdap.org.

There is nothing legitmate/legal about this fax;  Just got one today.  It's a scam plain and simple.  I think I'll call the 888 number about 10,000 times.

What this company is doing is illegal.
Or if you have the time call this company and just keep them on the line as long as possible pretend you are interested in their service, it costs them time which is money, and it costs them money when you call their toll free number.
This scumbag company  Stateside Bancorp/Prime Direct Lending ignores all requests to have your fax number removed, they do not even listen to those messages, they simply delete them .

Do NOT call the 1800 Fax removal number on the bottom of the fax-this is the same 3rd party marketing company that is sending you the faxes-calling them or going to their website simply puts your fax number on more lists
