I got the call today. But when I picked it up, whoever was there was gone. I have to block this number in my phone. I don't understand how I keep getting these calls when I'm already in the 'do not call list'. Ridiculous.

I could barely understand him. He spoke English as a second or third language and had limited proficiency with the language. Plus,  his accent made it difficult to understand him. I asked him if he was trying to sell me something and he said yes. I told him I wasn't interested. (I think he was selling some type of long-distance telephone service.)

Heavy background whine made it hard to understand the man speaking accented English. He asked about international calling, but I interrupted him and told him that I couldn't hear him and hung up. We are on the do not call list.

Could barely speak English.  Never identified themselves and asked "Do you make International Call?"  Hung up before I could ask to take my number off of list
