ID just shows the number, no name. Caller asked for the owner by name, but would not leave a message. Any legitimate (as in "We ACTUALLY HAVE business with your company") caller would say WHO they were, WHOM they were with, and WHY they were calling.

"Oh ... um ... no, I'll just try back next week."

Yeah, no. Please don't bother.
