they have called like 60 or more times to my job and even cussed me out and said bad language

Man calls from this number and asks for an employee, he is informed that calls are not permitted to be transferred to the floors where employees are working.  He then tries to intimdate person on phone by either 1) claiming he spoke to employee's manager and has permission for call to be transferred, or 2) tells person on phone he wants to speak to their manager.  The intimidation doesn't work, call all you want - the calls will never get beyond front office.  Caller claims it's in regards to an important legal matter yet he cannot pronounce name of the person he is asking for and asks for him/her using the opposite gender reference, and other voices can be heard clearly in the background of other workers asking for people.

Officer .... Johnson. Couldn't catch first name.  These people seem to call at the end of every month for the past 3 1/2 years.  Call me at work and home and cell phone. Don't let up either.  threaten me and use foul language.  use different numbers.  Can anything be done to stop this harrassment????

this is the same situation that my mother is in. at least they gave you the address.

The guy Eric Gardner called me and told me that my friend has 3 crimal allegations. He said he was from BCI and that my name was an apprentice (I think he meant accompIice) I think. This sounded so shady because while my friend is the kind of person to get into trouble, I would not have any involvement! I called the number that he gave me and I am not sure if I dialed wrong but it sounded like a phone sex line. It scared me at first to get the call but after seeing all of the other similar comments I am sure it is a scam.

This company is a fraud and is being investigated by Law Enforcement.

Lynn,  That is exacly what I was told.  They said to keep my money "safe" in the bank and they didn't want my lawyer to call them they wanted to call my lawyer.  they also asked (well demaded) for my manager.  I need to take care of all of this "legal stuff".  He called 15 times in a row.  Hector Boyd was his name but when we called back we were given to Adam and then we asked for "Hassad" and supposedly got him as well.  He eventually said, Motherf***er" and hung up but without fail called again the next day.  I called the phone company and they said because it is a 800 number that they are probably using there is no way to track them down.  When they asked for my employer I said no and he said, "Transfer me to your employer - or else."  I of course, know it's a scam.  When i did call back this morning I got voicemail for an extension "7001" and when I pressed "0" for the operator I just got looped back to the voicemail for extension "7001".  We are just going to ignore all unknown telephone numbers and at work I'll just ignore 0000.  It sucks, really sucks and I feel sorry for anyone that they trick.

Yeh theses guys keep calling my place of employment looking for one of my co-workers. They are very rude and obscene! they told another co-worker that they wanted to stick chocolate up his a** and f*** him up it! He had advised me that his brother is a terrorist and that he was very good in the construction of bombs! Most recently he played a sex tape to one of the female workers telling her that he was touching himself thinking of her. He has gone by the name of Michael, Mohammad and Bruce. They all live in Florida and they all claim to be deby collectors. They have said to me on another occasion that they are the FBI and will trace my call to find my exact location! i am one of at least 8 people including security that have had interactions with this guy. I believe that our security department has turned this matter over to the local authorities with the mention of explosives.

I did have pay day loans but filed them in bankruptcy.  Every few months some of these people try call my work and home.  I talked with my attorney and they said in PA an arrest or warrant cannot be issued for a debt owed.  I have been trying to contact them but I think they know work schedules and call you there so you are embarrassed and would do anything to get them to stop calling.  Their latest is that they referred to another company, 1-8660300-0054, who said they would be issuing a warrant on Aug. 5th at my home and place of business.  They are supposed to call back at 9:30 to verify my information because there is only one girl in the office.  I would love to know where these people are coming from!

Best part of these losrs when you call back it keeps going to a "sorry the person at ext is not here please leave a message"   No matter what time of day they are never there.

i got an call from a guy named joe walker giving me ful form for BCI thats Bureau Of Crime Investigation.... what the f***ck he keeps saying on phone to me. if he cant answer to my questions he then can do only one thing, let me transfer this call to my supervisor as he needs to transfer his head phones to some other stupid guys as if they mean to say they are handling my case at this mode of time.....LOL these stupid dumb f***king indians....

I rcvd call from this group and they  claim to have case filed for 4 diff criminal charges and threatened prison .. tell i laughed at him.. first they say US Cash Advance is who is with in there legal dept, then states they are his client.. they are not consistant with what they are saying or just dumb as a rock and are looking for someone dumber than them to pay. The person claimed to be Raymond Scott / Investigating Officer..
Funny thing is that i have an Atty in Florida and will forward all there contact info there.. instead of them collecting from me.. i am going to turn it so that i am collecting from them.. RECORD THERE CALLS - AND THREATS.. its illegal for them to qoute you the law if not attorneys and make threats of putting you in jail or garnishments.

I received a call from "unknown" on caller ID but this was the number to call back 888-717-7658. He had a very thick indian/abraian accent. Said his name was "Richard Johnson" from Florida and that there was legal action being taken against me. Said if I did not pay they would come and arrest me. I am a retired cop and I know the law. I asked him all kinds of questions and he began to get frustrated and hung up.
It is a scam. If they were true it would be a "civil" case and not a "criminal" case.

Hello I have called them three times as of today because they have called me twice and left messages. I have been hung up on 3 times, which is EVERYTIME that I have called them. When you called to report them to the FBI did it stop the calls? Please advise so i can do the same.

Thanks for the other postings..I had no idea what this was until I listened to the bad accent on these clowns that were calling me. One guy has given me two different names and starts out his name with the title " officer " . These jerk offs are from the Phillipines based on what I can gleam from their accent. The phone call is of bad quality and you cant make out what the f**k these guys are  saying.
I finally had some fun with them and hung up on one guys telling  them that they're accent annoyed me. Don't fall for this about a year ago one guy called me under one name. Then he called my friend looking for me with another name yet it was the same guy??

I keep getting calls from these people. The number always shows up on my cell as +00000 then they leave this call back number after threatening me because some sort of leagal situation is going to unfold on me.  If me or my lawyer doesn't call them back then this situation will unfold on me and all he can do is wish me good luck.  The same guy calls me over and over and has left me about 6 different American names with his hard to understand Indian accent.  If the really knew all of my information like he claims then he would know that I have already filed for bankruptcy and all of my debt was discharged back in March.  So they need to leave me the f*** alone!!!  Get a life people, the messages you leave I can send you to jail for. It's called harrassing communications so keep it up and I'll record all your messages you leave me and file real charges against you!!  And f***tards debt is a civil matter not a criminal matter!!

Just got a phone call from these dum a@%s telling me I received a payday loan which I know that I hadn't. They kept trying to intimidate, which doesn?t happen very easily, to bad for them. I received this call  2 days ago,  from a Raymond Scott, they had my ss#, bank account and routing number, and threatened me with 2 yrs imprisonment

said his name was Eric Gardner - also briefly spoke to a Shawn Miller. Said I owed money on an old Payday loan.  DEMANDED they give me address for their company.  He said he was with the legal department of the state of Florida but first gave me a texas address. Finally after questioning him, he gave me a florida address.  I did a reverse search on both addresses and they are residential. I actually tried to call one of them to let them know their address was being used in scam calls but there was no answer. He also kept hanging up on me then calling back and asking why i hung on him.  BULL**** these calls are.  I have had these sort of calls off and on for 3 years now. Always a person with an indian or middle eastern accent and very American names.  Always conflicting or non-existent addresses or phone numbers. Best thing you can do is demand information from them - the more you demand, the more likely they will be to leave you alone.  Write things down in case they call back.  Don't fall victim to these scams!

Kam..it is a big scam...I talked to the Federal Trade Commission and these people are just trying to scam people out of their money by calling, harrassing and scaring people into thinking they have a lawsuit against them...it is ridiculious.  I know it is hard when they keep calling (they keep calling my work)  but just ignore them....I have gotten to the point where I just pick the phone up and hang up.

our receptionist at work just received a call for me from a gentleman named "jive walker" (who by the way had an incredibly deep indian accent-she said he was hard to understand) saying he was from the legal department at the state of florida.  he claimed there was a legal matter against me and i needed to call back asap.  i didn't call back...thinking it's a scam???

I have been getting these calls as well, from Martin Stone. Obviously a made up name. I have been getting these calls close to a year now. At my home, my work, my cell and my friend gets calls from them about me. They also have all my info, I wonder how they did that? I have never gotten a payday loan online and they claim that is what the calls are about. They keep telling me they will send their "legal bodies" after me. LOL! I dont know how or who to report this to? Is it even worth it? I read somewhere that you can report it but they cant really do anything. This is getting pretty annoying though. One time I called the guy stupid and he replied, "no your stupid!" lol. I told him to go make money to feed his kids a different way.
