All of you people should be ashamed of yourselves. The company is not a fake, they actually do raise funds for the cancer association. If you people have no hearts to give to the real deal for a real purpose then may hell come to you all. They can't be stopped because they are licensed by the stat. That is what gives them the right to do what they have to do. I understand that your tired of the phone calls and understand that it is tiresome. But understand this, If it were the banks and others of the FDIC that contacted you allot more than the average would you do the same to them. Would you continue to try and shut them down when you can't like your trying to shut down a foundation that can posibbly end up heloing you in the future. All women are at risk of breast Cancer depending on which situation may occur now or in the future. If you were once at risk of cancer or in the future became at risk of breast cancer and needed to raise money, would you then complain? Wouldn't you then want somone to help you, especially if you didn't have enough money to cover your operations and/or surgery. I honestly belive that they are doing it for a good cause and for a good purpose. A purpose that may benefit us all. Did it occur to you that if they haven't been shut down by now by the FCC or FDA, then just maybe they are there for a good cause , and they may not be as fake as you belive or think they are. Don't get me wrong, I belive that you may be right about telemarketers, but think that you have miscontrued the real from the fake ones. The real ones have a license or proof to help back themselves up and the fake ones don't. Yes complaining can help benefit you to shut them down if they were fake/ falsly advertising in some way they are not. If they aren't then they can't bring or shut them down.  There is one way to actually succeed in possibly shutting them down, but you will have to do your research and own investigation. Hint: find out if they are actually doing what they say they are doing first. Ask for list of numbers. Research all name and organizations online and in person. Find out how it's benefit those people and/or organizations. Find out what those organizattions have done for the people. Interview some of the people whom have bvenefit from it. Find out the gross percentage of all organizations and the percent of all donations that has been collected and see if all info. adds up to be correct. The rest and further information you should be able to figure out on your own.

I have received several calls from these IDIOTs.  It shows up as "Toll Free Call"  from number:  1-888-717-9699.  I did find the real number they are calling from, it is 561-863-1037, which belongs to a Telemarketer out of West Palm Beach.

Please stop these calls............They call almost every day!..........I think this is a form of harassment.

I told them to take me off their list or I would call them every 15 minutes and tie up their phones...I'm retired and have plenty of time for this.  My guess is that they won't call back

Getting these calls also. Husband gave them info to send envelope for money to give to them. Now I know they will never quit calling. Anyone have any suggestions to get them to stop? They are a charity so exempt from the DNC list.

these people have called my elderly parents repeatdly. when we pick up the phone they disconnect. I called back and told them to take us off the list but they still called. When I called and told them I would go to authorities I was laughed at. But now here is where you all come in to have some fun. Call every 30 seconds and see how angry "they" get. It may not stop the calls but we sure got a chuckle. My elderly mother even got into the act and called and ordered a large pizza!!!

They call EVERYDAY.  I wish someone would tell me "Don't threaten me sir" like on the above post.  I would tell Heather that she called me, so if she didn't like what I had to say, she could lose my number.  They couldn't possibly be a charity if there are different charities for each of these posts.  They are OBVIOUSLY a company that was possibly hired by charities, although it seems like there is the equal chance that they weren't.  I will report them.

It's a fundraiser for breast cancer.  Surveys, charities, and utilities among others are usually exempt fom the DNC list.  Not so sure what to do about them. Just tell them that you already give to a parent organization like United Way (which I actually do) and that you are not considering giving to anybody else.

Claimed to be Heather from the "Kids Wish Network." I asked her to put us on their DNC list, then said we would file a harrassment complaint if they called again...
'Heather' said, "Don't threaten me, sir..."
I replied, "Drop dead, you c---!" and hung up.

There have been several calls and they have been non-stop for several weeks & Months...going on for almost a year...they do not give up !!!
Another number that they kept calling from is 1-866-819-5368.  It is my understanding that it is a Cancer Fund of American...they have offices in Mesa, AZ, Knoxville, TN and Dearborn, Michigan.  They are located in three states and they do not give up...  Only yesterday while searching the Internet did I finally found out who they were ...even if you tell them that you are on the no-call list...they totally disregard you telling them and still calling. 1-866-443-6953...they need to be reported to the FCC and fined for harrasment...they are very persitent and sometimes very nasty on the phone.

One wise cracking person from this organization had the nerve to say "We are except because we are a charity!" That is totally wrong !  We have never given to them and will not give to them because of the way they treat individuals on the phone.

Giving to a charity should be up the individual in their own way and not and when you tell them that you are on the "No Call" list they should respect your wishes.  You tell them you will report them to the FCC and they will be fined ...they still do not stop...and them call under another phone number...we are very tired of their persitance and calling from another one of the several Un-named showing up on the caller ID phone numbers.

It is the same voice ...I reconized the voice but using differant numbers and they never leave a message on the answering phone !!

This is like stocking people on the phone.
