Received phone call. Did not answer.

They now even call with +011 on front of the toll free number and when you call back, they say the number is either not working or when you call, they hang up on you. It's amazing, like stated above, they have called me SEVEN times in 10 minutes, once I was actually speaking to Ally/Gmac, it's amazing that you work out a plan and they still call. I reported them to the BBB.

Send them a Cease Contact Letter, certified mail, stating that you want no more contact from them. Found this out from the Do Not Call Registry (FTC-even though this is not about telemarketing) as i have the same issue with them.

I too agree with the harassment from this company. Ever since GMAC  switched over the customer service has been very dysfunctional. They call my job and when asked who is calling they won't tell the secretary and she will say please hold ill get her when I get there they hang up. I've advised them not to call my job .  To no avail. I have made arrangements with them too and a day later they call back. I tell them you just call me about my acct with you and I was told that they don't have that info. I advised the a** backward lady that she was the one who took my info. She threatened to send my info to credit agencies. I told her go ahead my credit score is already messy as it is. She was quiet then and the call ended. Play fire with fire. Where are they located? Why did ally take over?

Checking in, three days later after requesting to be put on their lists of numbers not to call.....

Still calling me.  Several times a day.  FML.

I am getting calls daily form this number, what is funny....2 times today they called and I was on the phone with Ally (GMAC) while they called in. I called it back and they said who they were with, and I said I was on the phone when they called in with Ally and ....they hung up. Stupid people!

I've been getting calls from this number several times a day for the past week.  I've been trying to ignore the incessant ringing, answering occasionally, hoping to speak with someone to tell them to stop calling, but each time I'd pick up, no one was there.  I just now thought to call the number back:

"Hello, this is Allied Financial.  How may I help you?"
"I keep getting calls from this number, and I want it to stop."
"Okay, sir.  What's your account number?"
"I don't think I have an account with you.  I've never even heard of Allied Financial."
"Do you know someone who has an account with us?"
"If I do, I wouldn't realize it.  Once again, never heard of your company."
"What number is receiving the calls?"
"0-1-2.  3-4-5.  6-7-8-9."
"Okay, I'll just put you on the list of numbers not to call."
"Thank you."

We'll see how it goes.

I bought this cell phone in June - and it's rings off the wall constantly - this number has called ten times today alone - I don't owe them anything - I've told them I am not the person they're looking for, yet they won't believe me - very frustrating

My payment isn't due until the 15.  This past Friday, the 12th, they called me 15 times in LESS THEN 15 minutes.  The calls started at roughly 8:20am and were done before 8:35.  It's a good thing I turn my phone to silent when I get to work

First off, I own my vehicles and they suddenly started calling about 2 weeks ago out of the blue. Never even used GMAC to begin with. I told them I don't have any loans, etc... with them and to put me on their do not call list - and the calls continue. Should sue them for harrassment.

I am getting so aggrevated with them. I have called twice about my extension saying I still have not receive the papers in the mail. So they keep calling me saying I still owe them money and I keep telling them they still haven't sent me the extension papers!

it is very annoying. I didn't know who they were until now. Ally is who took over GMAC and they are constantly calling. my payments are not late and this coming payment isn't due for another week!! this is ridiculous!

Okay, here it is : This is ALLIED FINANCIAL and they are continuing to harrass and keep calling 6 times a day. It has really gotten bad since ALLIED FINANCIAL took over GMAC. These constant calls are ridiculous. Even though you work something out to pay a portion of the bill, there is always those couple of idiots over there that are going to continue to call you since there is no communication with these idiots in the cubicles or they are just retards working here! Maybe it would be easier to refinance with a different company and quit ALLIED altogether. This is just bad business practice after you have worked something out to pay late. I hope they sink and get taken over.

Got a call from this number and they left no message numerous times, same number. It is to annoy you and let you guess because upon looking it up, this number is listed as "unknown" at Wallingford Center in  Massachusetts. The housing there is upper middle class, $247,000 homes and some idiot living high on the hog sucking on his pork chop in this area is calling people randomly and hanging up on them. I am guessing a bill collector. I hope this idiot gets what's coming to this him ! Now, to find out the street address exactly !
