got a letter concerning home loan modification.  thought I would do some research and as you cansee from this page they can't do anything and don't represent the company you have a loan through.

i received a phone call from this number and also a letter and it states regarding Bac Hm Lns Svcng Lp Home Loan Payment Assistance Program. i just did a modification with my bank so i tried to call them back and see what there about. came to find out that they can't do anything for me or they're not affiliated with my bank or any government agency.

Received the same letter today, but it sounds like a scam.  I rent, so there is no reason that I should be receiving this letter. This is definitely going through the shredder.

Got a letter from company stating regarding Loan Assistance said they are a mortgage assistance program and that they had reviewed my property information and determined I may be eligible to modify my current loan terms.

They said it was regarding my loan with the Lending Center.
