SCAM!!!! #Don't owe anything to anyone.  Low life bothersome #scums.  Stated I was 60 days past due on a lease, threatened to report me to credit agency....OK go ahead threaten me with a good time demon spawn.....smdh

I clicked on the above link for Torvik Law, (http://torviklaw.com/information-about-pushpin-holdings-llc/), late last night. I used their contact form on the website, and gave a brief outline of what has been happening. I was surprised to get a response first thing this morning (free of charge) that was a relief, basically stating that he has had about 30 of these cases (all he has represented against Pushpin) dismissed the day of trial.
I went to the cook county records link above and started looking through pushpin cases. I found quite a few with Mr Torviks name on them, and they were all dismissed as he said. If you need help you should definitely contact Mr Torvik.

Same thing here. After lease was up, kept mailing the machine back to diffent locations and it just kept coming back. I'd mail it to another location it would be "return to sender." Sent it to PushPin like 4 years ago & they sent it back & they are just now re-surfacing and bothering me after being quiet. They were going to do court and all befor and now again. Don't know, it's been 10 years.

I HAVE NO LEASES, NEVER HAVE.   IF THESE IDIOTS CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN, I'LL CALL MY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.  I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE DO THIS, IN THEIR OWN HOME STATES.

They left a message on voice mail yesterday with same message about owing money on a lease. The only thing we ever leased was our car which we paid for on time, bought and sold in 2012. Apparently Pushpin leased credit card machines. Pull up your credit report and be sure there's nothing out there you don't know about. It's a scam but they are taking people to court in Cook County, Illinois so be prepared to respond if they send you something in the mail.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Was an automated call that I was past due on a lease.  I dont have a lease. SCAM!

Called to say that my account was delinquent by 6 months and that they were reporting me to a credit bureau. I am not delinquent in any payments on my lease.

The call is from Push Pin Holdings LLC. Trying to collect a debt for some lease I barely remember over 10 years old. Well past the statute of limitations in WI. I tried calling back the number they left and sat on hold until the recording said mail box full and hung up on me. I will ignore them and try to put there number on my call block list. Just some low life bill collectors trying make some money off a old debt that they most likely do not even have any valid documentation on.

Caller, left no specific message, just said to press a number on the dial if I wanted to leave a message. They did not identify what company or who was calling. I suspect this is an Old out-of-date Debt Collector, trying to drum up business.
They think this will get them a few bucks for being a a pain in the butt., so I just added them to my list of ALL Blocked
calls.  My phone system never runs out of 'Add' Block Call space.  
They will run out of numbers, before I run out of Add Block Call space....Guaranteed!

This collections company, Pushpin Holdings, trys to collect old debts by intimidating people. They want someone to pay. It doesn't matter who. Like others have noted, there is a class action lawsuit against them and many complaints to the BBB. Just ignore them. Eventually they will go away. I have them blocked. For those of you that do have old debts... The Statues Of Limitations for debt in most states is about 6 years or less, for some 10. Here is the website to check your state:

Checked the message again I got the name wrong it is Pushpin Holdings LLC. Apparently they lease credit card machines and have a number of complaints against them. Even have a class action suit pending and a number of BBB complaints. I have never owned a business or leased a credit card machine.

I got a call from this number said that I had a lease that is 6 months past due and that the account has been referred to Bushman Holding LLC. I don't have a lease on anything. Called the number given and no one answers not even a voicemail picks up. No names are given besides Bushman Holding LLC. I looked up Bushman Holdings and there is no listing for that specific company. They also don't ask for me by name just a general message.

Left message, need to call ASAP.account past 60 days may be reported to credit bureau.

Apparently, someone called me from this number saying that  owe debt to lease collection or something, and that I would go to court if I don't pay it up. I'm very young, and I have never leased anything. Did they call a wrong number or something?
