They've called several times and ignored repeated requests to stop calling. I've complained to the FCC and the PA State Attorney General and advise others to do the same.

Same idiots call several times a week. Even if they sold something I wanted I wouldn't buy it due to their relentless harassing.

Call this number 1-216-420-9700, choose option 3, then 0, give them the number that you want placed on their do not call list.

This number is from Integrity Energy. They call me weekly in spite of my asking them to stop. Today they called then hung up on me.

They are so annoying!!! Pushy, forceful, and rude! If you have Caller ID, DO NOT answer when you see their number.

Got another call from this number (we get them pretty regularly, even though we're on the Do Not Call Registry). This time they asked for the President and CEO. ("Um, yeah, I need to speak with Mr. _________ ____________). Dumped him in vm.

Integrity is the best! Don't downgrade them..and if u actually give them a chance to say why thy are calling then u will see the benefit in there service..they have lowered our bills tremendously when we finally gave them the time to talk to us and for those companies who lie or being rude its just human nature for it to happen to u...thanx integrity!

The name of this company is Integrity Energy...they are located in Ohio. I have received countless hang up calls from them. Finally figured out who they are and spoke with someone named Justin. Told them that they are in violation of Federal Trade Commission rules re: telemarketing. Claimed that he was not aware that do not call registry pertained to retail businesses. I advised him that I will continue to report them to the FTC each and every time they call and suggested that he get educated re: telemarking regulations. Said he'd remove my number from their call list.

Called today, no one on the line. Got an idea folks, get an air horn, couple of bucks. Answer your phone like a recorded message, after you say wait for the beep, let 'em have it with about 3000 dbs. right in the ear piece...that'll teach 'em...

Called regarding our contract. I asked for which location and she said all of them. I know we do not have the same electric provider for all locations so I know it was not about our contract.

They call 10 times a day and never say anything. then after about a minute the hang up!

Daily Integrity Energy call.... They don't give up.
We do not pay for electric (our landlord does) and we have told them the honest answer
We've also tried the following telling them we were an energy provider and tried to sell them energy
They were calling from another number but now use this 888 number.

Integrity called many times. They made statements that were not true such as: "We are the ones you have been dealing with" and "Your present contract has expired and you have to renew it today." Didn't trust the caller, Olori.

Yes, you guessed it, we got another call from this number. Third time this week. Lately they have been asking to speak with "the person handling your DPE (Dayton Power and Electric) account". We are located in Toledo. We are on the Do Not Call Registry and I have already filed numerous complaints. It doesn't seem to do any good - they have just stepped up the number of calls they make to our office. It's getting to be ridiculous.

Have gotten two calls from this number this week from someone asking for the person who handles our Dayton Power and Electric account. We are in Toledo. We are on the Do Not Call Registry so I reported it. Again.

Calls from this number come in on multiple company lines. No one ever speaks and after I repeat our company name, the call disconnects.

I just got a call from this number and there was a lot of noise in the background. The rep claimed she was from ComEd. I "accidentally" hit the release button on my phone. The gal called back a couple minutes later and I instructed my colleagues to not pick up the phone, letting it kick in to voicemail and tried two more times within 10 minutes. God bless the person who invented caller ID.

Called our office around 7:45am. Asked for the person in charge of our ComEd account. Offered to take a message, said they would call back. Loud background

Lady called and asked to speak to the person in charge of the Com-Ed bill. Before I told her "no you don't" heard alot of conversation in the background. Caller ID said TOLL FREE ---.

Got a call from this number asked for the person who makes the decisions on our Toledo Edison account. I asked the caller to please remove us from their call list but she refused and insisted on speaking with someone. I told her that person was not available and then dumped her in VM at a vacant desk.

Integrity Energy is who called. Our utility (Ameren) was aware of them, and they are apparently a ligitimate enterprise. HOWEVER, the lady on the phone was not completely forthcoming nor completely honest. She said our contract with our current supplier was set to expire soon (untrue) and she would scan all of the possible options to find us the best price (not certain about this). The upshot is that if she is successful in getting you to let her 'scan' the marketplace, they can then claim you as a customer. Be very careful about what information, if any, you give them. I'm not sure how they got our name, but we are a business number so it may have been a robo-dial.
| JR 2013-02-22 21:37:03 Unknown |
Caller asked if he could: "speak to the person who handles the business ***********" (forgot the exact words he used). I told him this is a personal number and not a business line and he apologized saying he must have dialed wrong, and to have a good night. *shrug*

Up date on 888-737-0590. Integrety sent us papers on our 3 farms, etc. We thought we was signing for DPL Energy, who we have had for years. Integrety sold them to Champion Energy. When we found out I called to cancel and Integrety said we would be charged $12,000 to $15,000 dollars. After 2 to 3 calls per day with threats I called Champion Energy. They were GREAT, they cancelled the accounts, contacted Integrety and told them NOT to call us anymore and if they do we are to call Champion and let them know.
Champion Energy was great. Beware of the number 1-888-737-0590 and they use other numbers also, they will drive you us a wall with their threats and lies.
Wanda Elsass.
