For me it was not a phone call but a membership charge of $49.95 on my credit card.  Luckily the credit card company caught this and other unauthorized charges but obviously this number belong to an unscupulous, unsecure company (using the number in a web search pointed to a site called zinger.org and is some kind of personals/relationship "business".
