This is a scam collection company.  they called me regarding a payday loan (which I didn't take out).  I was a victim of identity theft back in 2008.  when I asked for their address to send the police report, they said I didn't have to.  I sternly asked again for their address and told them, "...NOT TO HANG UP", that I was collecting data and they hung up on me.  I called them back and got a different person.  When I asked to speak with Amber, the guy placed me on hold, then disconnected me.  I called back a THIRD time to find out the number was temporarily disconnected.

This is a scam collection company that get bits of information and then tries to collect something from you for pennies on the dollar.  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS.  They usually don't have it in the first place.

I guess I scared them.

First received a call from some idiot chic stating she was a process server.  Her number is 423-254-5550...she said if I didn't call this number, she would have to serve me with papers.   I asked her what county she was from, wouldn't tell me.  I asked her where she wanted to meet to give me the papers, wouldn't tell me.  I asked her what company she worked for, wouldn't tell me.  I told her she was full of sh(* and hung up on her.  It's a scam, they're trying to get you to call and give them any kind of information to identify you, they'll most likely ask for banking/social security info.  DON'T CALL THEM...go to the FBI's website, enter both numbers as a scam and report them.

Had a "process server" call my grandparents to give me a message to call this 888 number. When I called I am told that there is a payday loan that I took out that did not get paid back. I have no knowledge of this and told the guy that.

Keep  calling me telling me im going to court for something i have no record of
