Called leaving a message that we have the case number 14619, that call them back. We called and an answer machine gave information asking for name, phone number to answer back.

My in-laws (both current and FORMER!!) were called on the same day, probably just a few minutes apart, asking for my husband (current).  My former mother-in-law has never even met him AND, his name is not even attached to her or her address!  They gave my husband's dad a case number.  Husband tried to call the number and never gets an answer and no voice mail.

They told his father the same thing as far as needing to pay immediately or else will be served a summons.  We  disconnected our land line some time ago and so far, they have not found our cell numbers.  At any rate, this sounds like the same company.

They call us from this number  a few minutes ago trying to obtain personal information about a member of our family and  saying that it has to do with legal matters
We believe this is an SCAM

Harassed me and told me hat they will serve a summons for my step mother and ordered that I give them info and refused to provide me info with who they were....

These people are calling my 86-year-old neighbors threatening that if they don't tell them where their daughter is, this company will serve papers on them! How abhorrent!!! And based on what this guys says below, they're not even really legit. Awful, awful people.

Agents call debtors claiming to be process servers and giving out PHONEY Lawsuit case numbers. Agents claim they will be "SERVING PAPERS" in 48 hours if YOU the Debtor don't pay them.
They are ONLY a Collection Agency Only licensed to do collections in California. They ARE NOT licensed in any other state. They have no authority to call any debtors in 49 states. They are not Licensed,Bonded or insured in 49 states.
They refuse to follow DUE PROCESS FEDERAL LAWS. Debtor should first request ASSIGNMENT OF DEBT CONTRACT,showing a relationship between original creditor and Collector. (in writing).

Secondly, all lawsuits in each state must be handled by an attorney in each state. Federal Law requires a specific Lawyer to give all the facts to you in writing in the form of 30 Days Written Notice before filing a Lawsuit.

If you do not live in California and are contacted by Executive Filing Agency, please File a complaint with your State Attorney General for Unlicensed Activity and the Federal Trade Commission for HARASSEMENT.

Someone called to my sister's house in Savannah, from this number saying that they are calling from Miami Dade County and that they have a case in my name and it's a scam. They were asking my personal information, so report if someone call from this number. Be careful!

Contact the Texas Attorney General.

Texas requires all debt collectors, even out of state ones, who are attempting to collect from Texas residents, to be licensed by the state and bonded, so if Texas residents sue them, they can collect from the bonding company if the debt collector does not pay off.

Other "Corona Scam" fronts were caught not being licensed and bonded in Texas.

Don't give them any personal information and certainly don't give ANYONE your social security number.

This is a scam, pure and simple.

They some how now got my husband's cell phone number and  told them they wanted to serve papers to our home. This is definetly harrassment. I am in Texas and intend to find out  what action I can take against them.

They somehow find phone numbers of your relatives and call them too.

They are a collection  company going by the name (Executive Filing & Recovery)
They are acting as a sumons server. They use it to get information to collect on bad debts.
This is a very grey area for them to use. I would file a complaint on the number and to the FCRA for Wisconsin they are in violation of Wis. 427.104 (1a,b,d,i,) violations of this chapter award damages and penaltys under. (425.304) Check with you state they may have the same laws.
