This is Capital One attempting to collect a debt for someone else. They have called 30 times in the last 3 days!!!

I have called them and told them that I am not who they are looking for, and they said that they would remove my number from that so-called account. That was 3 days ago!!!

What makes it all so much better, is that this is not the only CC company that is calling my phone for this person. I am getting really fed up with this crap.

888-748-4965 has been calling my cell phone number over 30 times.  When I call back it's an insurance company asking for my account number.  The answerer talks so fast that I can't make out the name.

An Internet search shows a class action suit here is recommended....nice $$$$ for a lawyer who knows how to do this..... hundreds if not thousands of complaints about this number with an automated dialing system behind it.

This number has called several times and into the night.  When called they to ask to  verify your number and refuse to give any info as to who they are and were hung up on.
