ARE THEY SCAMMERS GOT CALL WITH FILE NUMBER

Get these calls all the time stating they want to deliver documents. I give an address and they never show up, nor can they provide any written evidence of a debt.

received the same message from a Kelly Vargas stating that if I did not return the call to phone # 888-761-7359 she would have to go ahead and proceed with her attempt to locate me and serve me papers.  She said then she would make the decision to what to do after that.  She did not state what it was for just that it was a claim against me.

Received a call from 252-751-2055. Said her name was Kelly Vargas and she was calling about a complaint of fraud filed against me. Asked her who was the complainant and what was this about. She said she was unable to tell me anything was all the documents were sealed but for me to call 1-888-761-7359 and give them claim number 1998455. Said I had to call within 24 yes or I would be served the summons. I called and finally got the information that is was about a payday loan from a company called Horizons. I told her that I never had any payday loans from any company. She then said do you work at ........I responded that I use to...then she asked about an old address that was mine years ago. Told her it didn't matter as I did not owe this payday loan. Then told her to mail me verification paperwork and I would look into it
She said she could help me and offer me a settlement amount but only if I took care of the debt NOW. I said no you need to mail me proof. Then said if she mailed me papers she could no longer offer me a settlement deal...I said OK....mail me the proof. I hung up then. I just got another call from the 252-751-2055. Did not answer but they left a message (same person) saying I needed to call the 1-888-761-7359 with claim number @#@###@ immediately. Oh yeah, this was my final warning.  Arrrggghhh! On yeah they are calling on my company's cell phone on top of everything else so can't change the number. anyone else have this?????

please read this if you are getting calls from this horrible company a police repot should also be filed to help stop them from using scare tactics like this

I've gotten this call twice but its a local company that leaves a message to call the number in question telling me that there is a claim filled against me

Received collection call on my phone for my daughter from this company. Was informed that my daughter owes on a payday loan from years ago...... My daughter is 12 years old!!!
