It is a total fraud.  REAL process servers do not call you - they do what they're paid to do - they deliver legal/court documents.  Please do report these jokers to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.

Received a call from Matt Howe 844-272-9527 saying that he had recordings of charges and would hold them until Friday and turn them over to UBA or USB. Which I looked up and is United Bank of Africa or United Swiss Bank.  He stated he was from JP Consultants. I went to fonefinder.net put in the phone number. The search came back as no results. I checked international as well. 84 is the country code for Vietnam.

When I told him that him and Dennis Brown from that lame a** courier service we're full of s*** he gr8 mad and hung up.
I knew they were full of it because I accidentally put the wrong address on my fb for my employer.
They are supposed to come to my work tomorrow between 3 and 5... I look forward to meeting them face to face.

Got a call on Friday, April 18th from Same Day Courier Service from a Restricted number. He stated that Michael Harzinski, badge 29854G would be dropping off some papers between 3-5pm on Monday, April 21st and if they needed to go to my employment, I would need a supervisor to witness my signature. The guy that left the message had a southern accent and said I could call 888-762-9932 to change the delivery or find out what documents these were. I never called and no one came on Monday. (It totally wrecked my Easter weekend!). A few months back, the same thing happened and I called the number and spoke with Matt Howe, JP Consultants. He knew all my history such as employment, etc. When I asked him what this was about, he said I owed on a pay day loan and gave me the name of a pay day company. I never heard of the company and I told him to call the company again to confirm this. I have taken out a pay day loan in the past but paid it in full. Matt said I was a liar and he had no reason to trust me. He ended up hanging up on me so I kept calling him and told him that it's a terrible thing that he has to prey on people who had to use a pay day loan in the past. He then told me that he would file "harrassment charges" against me if I didn't stop calling. So I when I saw the Restricted number and heard the same message, I just thought I would not call and see what would happen. Nothing did. What is wrong with these people?

I got a call from a guy with a very strong southern accent. I didn't get his name the first time he called... I hung up on him. He got angry and called me back. He said my husband would be served at our house on Monday between 3-5. If we were not there he would then serve my husband at his place of employment. He also said to call 1(888)762-9932 for information regarding our documents. He said the courier would be Michael Horsinsksy (spelling?). The courier ID# is 29854G.... I have had these calls before, Matt Howe was the most recent one. Says we owe for a payday loan, we never took one out. They get very violent and start threatening you. they have also contacted my husbands work. The name he used was George Christo, but refused to leave a number. They also use JP Consultants as the business they represent.

The message I got from a guy with a thick country accent (he didn't identify himself) was that Dan Woods is the courier coming to my work between 3-5 pm and his license number is 626CRW.....After doing A LOT of internet digging today, I came across MANY phone numbers these scam calls are attached to operating as JP Consultants.  The hysterical part is they were using the name Paul Murray last year as the courier name with the SAME license number and he was apparently state hopping on a daily basis.  Google 866-595-9450 and you'll be amazed at the similarity of our experiences!!!

Same thing just happened to me.  Called my job and asked to speak to me.  I put them on hold for a while then asked what company they were from.  He was hesitant and then asked if I was the person he'd asked for.  I said the is that person what  do you need.  He stated, "I'm Ronald Shager" from Same day Courier.  He said he would be delivering legal documents to me at my job tomorrow between 3 and 5.  He said the name of my place of employment, but when I said, "okay we'll be waiting for you", he hung up.
My home phone's voicemail had the same message.  I then called Sameday Courier and asked if they had a Rondal Stager working for them and they said, (rather rudely), no.

The message on my home phone said his name was Dan Woods.

Got a call from this number on Friday from a REP of Same Day courier service?  The number was UNAVAILABLE.  He stated they have legal documents for me and will be coming to my work for me with ID proof and a REP from my human resources dept to sign for the documents!  He said to call this number with questions.  WTH is going on???

message left on answering machine @ 9:02 am 3/28/14:  This call is for (said my husband's name).  My name is Jason Brooks with JP Consultants.  Stated my husband's name came up as a person of interest in case # 1855674 on Japera Banks and would appreciate his cooperation with a return call.   I smell a rat that wants some personal info from us.  Hope he's in a comfy chair waiting for a return call.

I just got a restricted call. Vm said he's a courier and has a legal document for somebody I don't know. Then said call 888-762-9932 for details. Hmmm I remember this a while back. It's either from a debt collector or a scam debt collector.

What happened? I just got a message?
