I received 3 calls from this number. On the 3rd call I answered. I asked him who he was and he said his name was Kevin Smith from TGC. I told him that "Cristal" was unavailable. I asked what it was regarding and he just left a message for "Cristal" to call.

guy with strong indian accent named eric taylor with drakar calls my son 3 times a day and says - do the right thing. Very intimidating.

Same guy with strong Indian accent, sounds like Aaron or Eric Baylor. He doesn't leave any info, yet tells you to "do the right thing" on his messages. Don't let these folks intimidate you.

1 888-767-8714 call my cell phone everyday around 3:30 I have never answered so I don't know what he sounds like but does any one know who this is!?

88-767-8714 call from this # about 5 times a day.  I never answer, I decided to call back.  it was "andy smith" with a very, very heavy indian/middle eastern accent. He said he was with what sounded like PVC company. I asked him what his calls were in regards to. He said that he needed my phone #s and name in order to help me. I said no, i want to know what kind of company this is. He very rudely said "lady- i wont help you until you give me your info" I hung up on him.

My brother has been called 2 times in 2 days with this number one time he answered and all he heard was a bunch of sounds. my brother has no clue why they are calling him and he is starting to get annoyed.

Caller did not leave a message and I just wanted to know who called me.

I just received the same message... something baylor....this matter requesting immediate attention..you can contact me during business hours..do the responsible thing by blah blah blah...tried calling back ..sounded like someone picked up ..followed by a couple of clicking noises and the call disconnect....this is like the 3rd or 4th message total... first message i disregarded ...2nd  tried calling back.... last message googled the number which directed me to this site... hopefully these collections of posts reg: the same phone harrassing incidents will lead  to an active investigation/resolution....

I have received the same call 4 times on my work voicemail. It has been from "Alan Baylor" from the Concord Group with an "Indian" accent and he is telling me to "do the responsible thing".
Who is this person?? I work in a hospital and don't have time for this nonsense.

A women called me on my cell phone and told me that she was a 3rd party debt collector and that I had purchased CD's from BMG Music in Feb. 2007 and payment was due in May 2007 and I owed a debt of 32 dollors. She then put me on the phone with her manager "Mike Wilson". I told him that I have never owned a credit card and therefore the purchase was impossible. I then asked him if this was a scam and he quickly told me that he would take my number off his list and delete any debt information they had on me.

He's called my phone too! How does he get the number though?!

I received a call from this number today. I didn't answer the phone. No message was left.

I just received a call from the 888-767-8714 number, from an Aaron Taylor.  He was using the same kind of voice scrambler that are on secure lines, however he did have a middle-eastern accent.  My advice is to report it to a government agency.  Good luck and take care.

Yeah, they have been randomly calling me for several months, finally talked to guy today although generally when I answer it's staticy and hangs up. Anyways before the hang up a guy with a strong accent told me that he was from collections agency from BMG (same issues as some of people above) and that I needed to pay thirty something dollars immediately. I told him that was not possible right now and he asked for my bank account number so they could forward date it. At this point it seemed very scam like so I asked for his info and line became disconnected although I could barely hear him in first place. And he did know my name

We have received 5 calls from this same number stating "Adam Taylor" has an important business matter to discuss and I need to do the responsible thing.  I have deleted all of them but am starting to get EXTREMELY annoyed.  Why can this person call if I'm on the "do not call registry"??

My minor son keeps receiving calls from this number also. He finds it somewhat frightening.

i'm an official and i've gotten these phone calls,however with my resources i've been able to fight back. i've eventually got these phone calls to stop.I suggest you guys do the same.These ppl can not get away with this.

I received the same call this morning saying the same thing (responsible thing...etc..same Allen Baylor...etc.) He left the message on my answering machine...WTF??? I don't owe any bill outstanding that I am not paying on so what gives??

Same as above.... do the responsible thing.  7 Days in a row I have received this call every afternoon.  I attempted to call back from my work number, but they would not give out any info without MY name and telephone number.  They called me!!!

The caller is from Dominica a small island next to Martinique in the Grenada Chain. That is just north of Venezuela in the Caribbean. He must be calling random for he got my cell phone.

I called the # back and spoke to Brian.  He said this is TGC and that they are a 3rd party bill collector.  He again provided my daughters name and proceeded to tell me that she has ordered CD's from BMG Music Service in March 2007.  I advised him that she was a minor child in March and unable to enter into a legally binding contract and that no CD's had been delivered to my home for her. He was very polite. Thanked me and the call was ended. I don't know if this collection agency is legit, but I do know of BMG Music Service. However, the order he was speaking of was no legit.

Caller identified himself as Brian.  He had a heavy accent. I could not get the company name other than something group.  

When he first called, he asked for my daughter by name. The phone he called is in my name, but my daughter used it for about a year until she was old enough to get her own plan. I told him she was not in and asked what he wanted. He started telling me it was regarding an urgent matter.  I asked who he was and he started repeating the name of the company. The call was breaking up very badly. I told him so and he gave up and hung up.

When I picked up, I was hung up on.

I just called this number back and immediatly asked for a supervisor, I got someone named Alan Black, we got into quite a long yelling match I was very polite but got my point through to them, if they have a bill they need to send it to me, but until I recieved a bill I did not want to recieve any more calls from this number, he went into a rant about something I interupted him many times telling him that if he called this number again I will press charges, took about 15 minutes of interupting him and telling him this and asking if he understood before he said yes, I then politely told him have a nice day and hung up, but during this call they gave me 3 different business names and couldn't keep any of their stories straight first they said that my wife owed them money, then they said I did, when I was through with the call I was even more confused as to who they were and there is nothing anywhere that I can find out about any of the business names except BMG so wth?

I recieved this call about 5 minutes ago, I did not answer but called them back after, I asked them what kind of business this was and they told me they could not tell me anything, then they asked to speak to my wife only by first name, I asked what them that why if they were calling my phone that was in my name at my house where I pay the bills couldn't they tell me what the business was and they hung up on me.
