They have called me 11 times in the last 6 days.  I answered once and no one on line; tried calling back and wasn't able to get through.

people hung up when we answered.. we are on do not call list.

I am on the do not call list, but I guess that means nothing..

Called, left no message, phone number states disconnected number

This number called my Ex-Stepfather asking for me. They identified themselves as Child ID Group. My mother has been divorced from this guy for 27 years and someone would have to have dug real deep to make that connection to him.  He received another call the previous day from an Allied Interstate Group, which is some very unethical collection agency.  Anyone have a suggestion on how I can get these calls stopped?

Others include Unknown Caller and Private Number.

We do not have the answering machine on for them, either.

called the number back and got an answering machine sayin to leave a message at 208***7682. I will not reveal the wwhole number as it leads to a private phone number that was stolen and then spoofed. I gave the homeowner as much info as I could so she can report to the phone company.

I answered on second ring and the call hung up on me. I guess they were not ready on thier end. Too bad, I love to mess with these guys. If it is a automated call, you can mess with them by asking them to repeat themselves and ask random questions. Dont ask who the president is, they have that programed. Ask complex questions like are they affiated with any other charities? What is thier favorite flavor of ice cream?

Called on 8-22.  He left a short message.  Said "you don;t want to get back to me."

They just called me, said they represented Idaho Police Officers, for a child identification project.  I told him I was involved in another child identification program, and he told me, "I highly doubt that.", and hung up on me.  August 16, 5:20 PM.

This is a scam.
