It was from Acai Berry Supplement.

I too was charged 89.31 for a diet supplement I never received. I was also charged an international transaction fee and oh yeah an OVERDRAFT FEE of 25 bucks! I call just about everyday to check the status of my refund. I've been waiting for over a month. I was even offered a free bottle of supplements to make up for the wait time. I DECLINED! They would probably use that and say I recieved them. Spoke to a so called Superviser who stated she was on the phones to reduce customer wait time. I told her I've been waiting almost two months I don't care about them other folk! Reduce my wait time! The hold up is because of some system malfunction over 3 weeks ago. I've also requested that if the money can not be directly sent to my account for them to write a check and mail it. No luck there either. I'll be sure to keep you other Scammed Consumers informed on my progress.

Yeah same here only I canceled before it was shipped TWICE, they assured me it was canceled, even called back to confirm and I still got the product and a $90 charge. Now I can't get a hold of them to get a refund. DO NOT TRY THIS PRODUCT. EXTREME ACAI BERRY IS A SCAM

Same scam problem.  Ordered free trial sample and was billed $3.95 for shipping.  Trial sample was mailed (postmarked) 17 days after being ordered, and a day *after* being billed $89.31 for the non-trial bottle, so there was no chance to try before the first charge kicked in.  Also, there was no indication that there would be additional charges of any kind in the transaction itself.  These are burried in a 'terms' link at the bottom of the page.  We called to dispute, they claimed they shipped it out 3 days after the initial $3.95 charge, but the package is clearly stamped otherwise.  Also said they will not accept unopend bottle they shipped us as a return for credit, so its on to dispute with the credit card compnay.

I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry.  Next thing I know I was charged $89 by this company named IP Supplements.  When I called them, they agreed to refund my money, but that was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get anything back.
