Yes...it said it was united healthcare with important info about some child. Made it seem that they thought this number belonged to a parent. Gave a seven digit code to enter when calling back. Same experience. The # that they called from was 510-374-4476.and they said to call bace 888-776-9638.

Automated message on my answering machine Claiming to be "Arizona Commission(????)" sounded like "Defense" (or something), and used my full name. Left a 7 digit "personal security code" to obtain "important healthcare information" Who the heck is this?
