I didn't approve this loan.

A person just called me at work asking for another place to meet in order to serve me a court summons to avoid having to serve me papers at work. I just hung up on him. He called back twice but I wasn't in the building. The harassment needs to stop. First the unauthorized debit of $250 to my checking account now fake threats to sue. My bank did little to assisit me in fighting this fraud. Just ignore the calls.

I received a call today from National Credit Adjusters, stating that my account was placed with them for further action due to non payment of a payday loan that I never accepted.  When I asked who the Company was with she said "Twin Bluffs Financial".  I tried to explain to her that I never took out any payday loans???  I asked for her to re send whatever agreement/contract that I signed and for their address and phone # and she wouldn't give it to me.  She got rude and pushy and I was told I owed $430.00.  I just googled this company and found all this "scamming" details regarding the same scenario.  What should I do now?  I called my bank and the money was deposited but I got paid and my christmas bonus and never even noticed the additional $250 that was put in there without my consent!  Now they want to threaten me and demand I pay them $430.00  I NEVER agreed to accept anything from anyone?  I feel scammed and like someone just committed fraud against me.

They are located out of buffalo ny under a man by the name of frank Davis...and Dj Ochterski ..they are in a heap of trouble with several state ags you might want to strike while the iron is hot...They have a location in Florida. 8963 Stirling Rd. Cooper city Fl, 33024 to be exact. Frank Davis' cell phone # is 7164177390...Dj's # is 7022873746. Their admin's # is 7166985119 and the Supervisor's (Juan) number is 9544963362. I'm sure they've changed the company name and toll free number by now but it's really sad how these people operate. Also, check this article out. I'm sure Frank Davis will not be doing too much illegal debt collections now! But when it comes money hungry people...u just never know......

I am still waiting for William to show up at my home and my work site.  I anxiously waited all day on Thursday, but he didn't show up.  I was so hoping to meet the courier!  (NOT)

This number 888-783-2419 is a joke....They would not give me busy address to send legal paper too. Called my job and was very rude advised the switchboard operator. Call FDIC gave them the number to investgate 888-783-2419 waiting for someone to get back with me.

This not a real company called they would not give me the mailing address to have my attorney send them some papers of my lawsuit. I talk with Wendy Moore. Make sure you file you try to get information from them to better a lawsuit. This a scam they block out there number and give you a number to call as 888-783-2419....Was advised that there fax number is the same 888-783-2419 SCAM....Did not give them anything try to get more information and will post on this site.

I get "Switchboard" when I call.  Also Mr. Rothstein is in prison and Mr. Adler has his own law firm.  Their "courier" is in supposed to be in your home town ready to serve you with papers.  It just gets more interesting.

I just did a google search for Rothstein Adler and associates and it is a ponzi scheme.  In fact Scott Rothstein who is the originator of the group is presently locked up for his scheme.  Do not give these people any info.

They say that they are a debt collector and if you don't set up payment arrangement for what you owe, they will send a processor to your place of work or your home to serve you with papers.  WHen you call the number, you get a voice that says "Switchboard!"  I believe that if you are a legit business, you would clearly state your name.  They give off so many bad vibes that one automatically start to distrust them.  THen if you look them up online, you get all of this information about ponzi schemes.  I can't believe that a company based in Florida can make any money if they are sending couriers to serve papers.  If this was legit, wouldn't they simply use the local police or sheriff's department?  They seem to have a lot of info and some partial truths.  I am afraid to give them any info.

I received a voicemail from a Ms. jackson stating she is a process server and to contact 888-783-2419 in regards to a lawsuit that is being brought against me.When i called they said it was for a payday loan but would only provide me with the name Twin bluffs Financial but would not provide me with their address or phone number. Also they stated they are Rothstein,adler and associates but when you call its says Extension 500. Furthermore when asked for validation where i agreed to a payloan I have yet to receive the information. Also when asked where this law firm is located they state Cooper city Florida..when you google this info theirs nothing but all these attorneys being sentenced for scmas and Ponzi schemes. And yet continually they call to say they will go to your work and serve you papers to go to court.Report them to the Federal Trade Commision and your Attorney's General . This all points to  a SCAM. And do not give them any info!!!!

I just started receiving these calls also. Is this a scam? Has any one contacted the better business bureau? I plan to today to see if this is a legit company

I received a call from this number also. when i talked to them they said to verify who they were talking to to give them the last 4 digits of my social.  When I refused to give them it they told me they couldn't talk to me any further and that I would be receive a subpena.  I am still waiting for it.  I believe this is a scam to steal money or id theft or both.  So until I hear any more, it is a non issue with me now.  please don't give them any info.
