They called me twice in less than 10 minutes and I called them back they said they are just randomly calling people to offer an extended warranty on my car. I asked which car it was, they stated what car are you driving now? I stated what do you have on file? They replied: we do not have any car listed just calling people to offer an extended warranty. I told them to remove my number from their system to never call me again. The girl got real rude and stated that this is to help with any repairs I again stated to remove my number from the system I did not want another call from them again. She took down the number and said she would add me to the do not call list.

I continue to get calls from this number even though I am listed on the Do Not Call list. Next time they call, I will reenact The Shining over the phone!

seven calls in three days, the last at 4:53 pm EDT. Not answering,but it rings and rings. I am on the federal do not call registry

Continue to call daily even after I explained I had gotten rid of that car 2 years ago.  I now just answer and hang up all in one quick motion.  It doesn't help much but at least for one moment, I know I have been the one in control.  Trust me, being kind (as I usually am) or polite will not help you end the call.

They call early in the morning, I work a late shift, they do not leave message on the answering machine
or they hang up before I answer the phone. They also call several times a day. If this is a call about
warranty on my old car I have told them NO before.

They claim to be APEX and are trying to sell me an extended warranty for my 10 year old van. I have repeatedly told them I am not interested and to please stop calling. They talk over me VERY rudely. As Im trying to explain to the woman calling that "I have had multiple calls and have asked nicely to please stop calling because we are not interested" she is rudely saying louder and louder "Thank you..Thank you..THANK! YOU!" over top of me speaking..Im over it..next call they are getting my button pushed in their ear!..

They say they are Apex..whatever that is..and that we qualify to extend our warranty on our car..our car is 10 years old! and we are very far outside the warranty time. I have gotten multiple calls, they talk over me when i say i am not interested. I have asked them to stop calling and they still refuse. I even told them that I didnt have the car anymore, it hasn't helped.
