1.) We are NOT your credit card company - We are clear on our website about who we are and what we do.
http://www.fairlendingcoalition.com/index.php. It doesn't help in our line of work to say we are your credit card company, as our goal is to expose and expunge unfair lending practices.

2.) We accept payment for our services via checking account as do 95 percent of all legitimate businesses. We are not ashamed of asking you to verify account details.It is a common part of doing business. It is also legal.

3.) Our address is posted on our website, printed on our invoices and given to our prospects. We encourage you to visit us and learn more about us and how many thousands of people we've helped already.

just got a call from this number, they are now into student loan consolidations. heh, I don't have a student loan...

Robocall re: cheap vacation, same details as you put down, sit through 90 minute "presentation" to show you the "beautiful amenities" at their resort. Allegedly not necessary to sit through the 90 min torutre session. Caller ID = 407-957-2317 "Saint Cloud FL" The salesman alleged that they had received permission to robocall me - yea, right! Actual company name is Windy City Management LLC.

I just received a call from 321-756-2210 stated i was referred by someone that recently went to one of their resorts, which couldnt be true, they said i was drawn to go to Orlando fl for 4 day 3night stay at a one bedroom condo on the beach, 2 free adult tickets to one of the disney theme parks, 3 day 2 night stay at either daytona or miami, a 5 day 4 night all inclusive trip to either cancun, cabo, or puerta viarto, AND everything duplicated for free for a couple of my choice to give it to all for $498. Im so verry gullable, but i knew not to do that! I told them i had to call my husband and they called back from 1800-746-8121 it was greg the manager telling me to hurry n call back for my trip! Tooo good to be true!

Why do you people answer freaky phone calls from area codes or phone numbers that yoy do not know ??  These are scammers from off shore countries and do not give a hoot about you except to steal from you !!  Do not answer the freaky phone !! Report the number and block the numbers from your phones !!  Use some common sense !!

Automated message claiming I won a Disney vacation (for the first 100 people to respond).  Press 1 to talk to a rep or press 2 to be removed from the list.  We'll see if 2 works...

about reducing credit card debit

A recording said press 1 for a vacation press 2 if you want off the list.  I pressed 1 and a girl said "hello, don't answer me ok" and hung up.  I didn't even have a chance to respond.  I wonder how they make money doing this.

I just got a call at about 1:00pm.  The call was on my land-line.  I get so many of these stupid calls from so many different telemarketers it's ridiculous!  It does not matter if you are on a do not call list, they say they were contacted in some manner.  I didn't give these jerks the spiel about the do not call list.  My caller ID showed it was a long distance call from unknown caller.  I said "hello" and it sounded like dead air but I tried a couple of more times and finally a recording came on re: Disney vacation, etc., etc.  A claim number was given to me and I  told to push number 1 on my phone.  I pushed 1.  Another recording came on to say that my wait time was about 2 minutes to talk to a person.  I waited and finally someone came on the line and asked for my claim number.  I said I didn't know it and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor or someone who would remove my number from their call list.  He said he would do it immediately, and quickly said that he had removed it.  Apparently you have to actually ask them to remove your number from THEIR call lists.  We will see if it works.  If it doesn't work, the next phone call will also be documented and turned over to the Ohio Attorney General's Office and all of our elected representatives from Ohio who work in the State and in Washington will receive copies via e-mail.

USA Vacation Station said they did not call me, but the call was transferred from another agency. Said they could not remove my number from their calling list as they did not call me. What a line.

Don't like these solicitations; I am on the do not call list, but still receive these calls ....bugs me.

Called me from 321-710-2625, no name on the ID, at 2:10pm PT on Thu Jan 5 2012.  I picked up after a few rings, but they hung up, probably thought I was an answering machine.

Reporting 321 710 2625 as a solliciting phone number.

Robo call- something about the Disney company, I hung up after a few seconds. Will make a Do Not Call complaint.

Just received a call from this number.  Recorded man's voice, was breaking up a little bit.  I had been selected for a Walt Disney World vacation.  Press 1 for more info, press 2 to be removed from the list.  I press 2, for what it's worth, waited 2 seconds and didn't hear anything.  I wanted to press 3 for "illegal marketing call, stop this nonsense."

Call every day and leaves no message.  Am on do not call this and this number will be reported.,

They keep calling me too.  Recorded message about lowering my credit card debt.   I don't have any credit card debt!   I am on the no-call list.   Doesn't work.   I also press 3 to be removed from their list.  Doesn't work. They are real pains...
