Everytime I try to reach their web site, it's a fake address.  I just want them to stop calling.

Can someone identify these people so I can get my lawyer on it.   Name & address.  Principals of the company?  What they are doing is illegal. I want to shut them down.

888-795-2435  Do not ever pay these guys. 1st thing is ask for their name & address & who they represent. Put them on a recorded line if possible. No PO Boxes. Its illegal to threaten you, its illegal to call you at work, its illegal for them to talk to associates, relatives etc. NEVER PAY THEM!  They cannot win in court if they have broken the law. Notify your State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission & their Telephone Carrier. Verizon, At & T etc.  Get their name & address! Send them, return receipt requested, a letter telling them to cease & desist. List their discretions.  Copies to all the agencies I mentioned. And finally, sue them for any time lost or monies lost because of the calls. Keep a log of the calls. Time & Date.

This company has called and left a recorded message on my VOICEMAIL saying if I am NOT Merlinda Seymour to hang up... its my voicemail, how could I do that? Have they ever heard of voicemail or an answering machine? They need to move to this century and update the system.

Called several of my family looking for me. I was going to try and set up a payment plan with them but my Dad talked me out of it. He said you can't trust sending payments to a company that breaks the law by calling 3ed parties. He said if they are that low why would you trust them to credit payments or honor any kind of agreement with them?
I'm glad I listened to him. Now my family just hangs up on them when they call. My Dad is talking with a lawyer who has already won several suits against them for violating the law !

I have received two calls from the number in the last two days.  The recorded voice mail indicated that the call is from Northstar Location Services which is a debt collector.

You need to write them a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requesting they stop calling you at work. This is your right under the FDCPA. If they continue calling after you have proof they received your letter you can take them to court and sue them for $1,000.00 per violation.

They keep calling my work number. I am sorry I have no money to give them. I need them to stop calling my work number. I am trying to recover from two very bad years and making rent and buying food are all I can hope for and that is not easy to do. I need them to stop calling my work.

This number has been on my caller ID for more than a week. I was finally home when the phone call came in from this number. They said they were trying to get in touch with my neighbor about a very important matter and was not able to get through.......  would i care to go next door and tell them they had an important message?    WTF ???    

This is like 2010.........  I don't even know my neighbors and could care less about someone else's business. I'm not going to mention this to my neighbor but I did inform these BOZO's that if they call me agin it will be trouble.  These people have to be really stupid to be calling neighbors, besides I undertand that its illegal to do so !

More calls from Northstar, a collection agency, looking for Ethyl Evans. We have had this number for over 10 years. Never heard of the woman.
The second call was from 'Gregory McLaughlin'. He said he would remove our number. Couple days later 'Paul Buchannon' called from the same company. I told him the messages were recorded and will turn them over to the attorney general if they don't stop. CC FTC

This person has been calling my mother-in-law and or sending her mail for the last 6 months. I called the number and use the reference number that was given in a earlier phone call and spoke to a Ms. Lisa. I said I was calling for my mother-in-law and neither she nor I knew the person they were asking for. She apologized and said my mother-in-law's number would be removed from the list of number as of the 12th of August 09. Since then she has received two more calls, the latest being today at 12:30 PM. I called the number again and they said they had not called. I indicated that I would call them each time my mother-in-law received a call.

Called looking for my X husband whom I have not heard or seen from in 15 years.......Said they were "Home Star Relo Services" and gave bogus website www.gotomls.com  
Ugh!!  When will it end??
I agree with Joe, submit a complaint to ftc.gov as they are stepping over (in my opinion) ethical boundaries. (not that they have ethics)

Debt collection agency. Guys name was Tom. Continual harassing calls trying to reach my EX-wife. Told the guy I didn't know where she was and got accused of lying. Guy actually told me he would call my neighbors to verify. Total scumbags. Don't let them bully you around. They violate the Fair Debt Collection Act in my opinion. Submit a complaint with at ftc.gov if you feel your rights were violated.
