Someone by the name of Carol left me a message on my cell and home phone advising me of a summons they are sending me because of a bad check I wrote. Gave me a reference number of 133642. What me to verify me address.  Really....I am so tired of the callers. How do they get our numbers. Does anyone know how to go about in filing harrassement charges to these numbers?

They called saying that I owed a company money that I never ever borrowed from and said that i would be served with a lawsuit for non payment and that I should pay
over the phone of course I didn't and I still haven't been served!  This is so bogus!!

this number called claimng they process legal documents - yet do not have a real business name, address or phone number. When asked several times what this was about it they said they are not debt collectors but they process legal documents...so why are you calling? you have my address - send them to me...that seem to be something they could not comprehend...so again asked for busines information so my attorney to deal with them - that really set them off now I have a court date, that I have never been served with -or notified of. but they just process legal documents...??? seriously, do they believe for real, that I am stupid.  I made a -police report filed harassment charges, and terroristic threats. this is illegal.  highly uneducated and someone with absolutely no gifts, talents or education to do anything with himself in life.. what a pity!
