I have been getting calls from this number. Sometimes you have to answer and deal with them for them to stop calling. The last time I answered and they hung up. I'm wondering what will come of this??

They hacked my phone and gained access to my Reminders on my iPhone 5 to call them. Un f****n believable

I have received several calls from this number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and I think they left one garbled message, which I think had something to do with insurance.
Not only am I on the "Do Not Call" list, but I have a computer phone number, which isn't listed, so I've no idea where they got my phone number from. Unless they're offshore and using an old ADAD machine which will dial from "DC to Daylight., This means they put in a range of number starting with say 001-000-0000 to 999-999-9999.
These clowns are more difficult to track since they could be calling from the West Indies, Belize, India, Russia or any other country which has cheap labour. If you've ever picked up and had silence on the other end and then someone finally comes on the line, they're also using a "break-hunt" system, which means when someone actually picks up the phone, you have to wait for their "first available operator" to pick up your call and start their sales pitch.
What is even funnier, is if you interrupt them half way through the script, they go back to the beginning and start all over again. Maybe I don't sound like a very nice person, but I pay for my phone to keep in touch with friends and relatives, not for some cold caller in a boiler room trying to sell me something.
I figure all is fair in love and war and as far as I'm concerned this is WAR!!! You call my unlisted number, you're fair game for whatever I can scheme up and if I had another computer I might start doing the same to them, calling them and holding their line open, just like they do mine.

I've received at least two calls from this number, 9 days apart.
The first time a male left a garbled message about Personal Insurance or something.
I ignored the call since I don't deal with people over the phone, as a matter of principal.
This time I picked up the phone as I was expecting a call, again he identified himself as from some insurance company and he had my name albeit spelled and pronounced wrong. I just told him I don't take calls from people I don't know and hung up.
I've no idea how he got my name or number, since I have an unlisted phone number, but I'm really pissed, no matter how he got my number, as this is a private number and has not been given out other than to family members. My family feel the same way I do about unsolicited phone calls , so he didn't get it from them.
I'm curious about where he got my number and if he calls again he's going to get a piece of my mind and be reported to the police via the *__ number since to me being an unsolicited caller makes his calls harassing.

I got a text message from the number today it said "please call me 1-888-8065954 Is this legal to start leaving people texts from solicitors? Some people have to pay for receiving texts. What a co-incidence- lastweek someone left me a voicemail saying they where some insurance company under "my company's name" and said we would like an agent to talk to you about the quote you requested and we understand that your car insurance is close to expiring soon. Funny thing is I did not request a quote from anyone and my car insurance was renewed 2 months ago. How does an insurance company know what corporation I work, lying and how do they get away with annoying people?
