and Brett Shenkman who is his partner in crime for everything and has lied on the witness stand so Fred would not go to jail for rape.

His name is Britt Shenkman and there is all kinds of information about him on the internet. If he's involved in a business of any kind, its always a scam to get your money..

I was called repeatedly until I asked if this warranty was an extention of the original warranty that was purchased when we bought our Frontier. They told me 3 times that it was. So we bought it. When I took it in to make claim, my Nissan dealer had never heard of My Car Solutions! Now they have $581.86 of my families and will not return it! What can we do? bscabover1@yahoo.com   Please let me know if any class action lawsuit is pending

You want details about how this scam works?  They got all elaborate on me:

I have a minivan with 179,400 miles on it.  They promised that my new warranty would be transferable to any other car I might replace my current car with, even if imported and more expensive.  They said the dealer (Chrysler/Dodge) would do all the repairs with no deductible for five years.  They said it was full coverage including loaner rentals, motel if stranded by a breakdown, etc - everything except oil and tire changes - for $2200 for the whole 5 years.  (Note - a high-mileage car will usually incur that much in repairs every 1-3 years.)

I played along because I wanted to know how convincing they could get.

They said they could not be called back, I would get nothing in writing, and the offer was good only if I authorized a bank debit during the call that they placed to me (i.e. immediately).
They guided me to their website, calling it their "underwriter" (since I asked who was actually guaranteeing this if Chrysler went bankrupt).  If you want to see the "contract", it's at
http://mycarsolutions.com/index.php?&aku=bT1wcm9kdWN0cw== and then click on "Products Info" and then under Interstate click "Terms and Conditions" ... a very nice 6-page promise.  Its direct URL is http://www.inds.com/sample_tc/StarAuto-904.pdf ... funny that neither its URL nor its text mentions MyCarSolutions anywhere at all, huh?

The fact is that I didn't phone them - they phoned me, which means any sort of dummy Sender info could be generated.  I'm not allowed to call them back or mail them a check because this is my "final notice."  They want me to believe that I ignored their junk mail, or it got lost in the mail (there was none, of course).
Bottom line: there is no way I can do anything about it if they do debit my bank account (just once, I would hope) and then ignore me forever, or vanish.  And there is no way I can know if that is their plan.

Obviously, they make enough money off this scam to create webpages and hire telephone people and test-market convincing-sounding stories.

Yes you were scammed.  If you were told it would be a full manufactors warrenty then nine times out of ten you were offered a limited powertrain warrenty.  I'm not sure how long it takes to get the package but you can call the owner of the company at 407-402-7845 his name is Fereidoun "Fred" Khalilian and he has aready been sued for Fraud. For selling Fake vacation packaging and time share through Leisure time marketing.  All of this is documented if you look it up online (or follow this link http://www.ftc.gov/os/2000/08/leisuretime.pdf).  He is a very untrystworthy person.  He is no longer on the scam of ripping off people with selling car warranties he is now on to ripping people off in other ways.  His main empire is under The Dolce Group LLC and he is operating out of South Florida at Corporate Office located at:
3211 Ponce De Leon Suite#101 Coral Gables, FL 33134 .  If there is any ease to all you people that were ripped off the FBI is watching him and is looking into everything.  Because he as taken down for fraud before almost nothing is in his name so he would not have to worry about losing anything but everything is under his Fiance's Name which is Tatiana Vlasenko she is more than aware of everything he is doing and is fine with it because she is 24 and now making millions off of ripping people off.  Also to the person who commented about Micheal Swanson....that is not his real last name.  The last name Swanson is from one of the people who were sued with Leisure Time Marketing.  I honestly dont Remember his last name but it is something along the line of Micheal Minicel.  I hope this could be of some assistance to all, it would be worth it to sue trust me and I will be on this website everyday to now check up to see if I could be of any help.  The main people in this scam is Fred (mentioned above), Tati (mentioned above), Micheal, Joseph Sanchez, Raymond Burges and Brett Shenkman who is his partner in crime for everything and has lied on the witness stand so Fred would not go to jail for rape.  All in all that does it for now.  SORRY TO ALL THAT WERE SCAMMED!! Never allow someone to sign you up for anything over the phone.  If they are not able to tell you the year, make and model of your car and read you your own VIN number then you should know IT IS FRAUD! Again Sorry to all.

They made telemarketing calls, repeatidely, to our cell and home phones, and called at least 4 times after we asked them to remove us from their call list.  When we did discuss buying an extended warranty on our new car, they outright lied about who they were and what the coverage was.  They were selling a power train only warranty on a vehicle that already had a 100,000 mile factory power train warranty, for 50% more than the dealer charges for a bumper to bumper extended warranty.  In other words, their warranty was totaly worthless and way over priced.

God Bless My Car Solutions! I, unlike some here on this post, am very satisfied with them. My name is esther and this company called my elderly mother and privided her a warranty about 4 months ago. About two weeks ago i was out of town and her car broke down, leaving her stranded on the turnpike here in NJ. Those angels came and picked her and her car up, took her to the dealership and she got a rental car. Needless to say, we are very happy with them. They only charged us $100 dollars for the repair that replaced the transmission. I am very gratefull to them and would recommend my other family members as well.

I just accepted the offer from the same men for my car. They took $500.00 out of my account already and I have not received any paper work on the warranty as of yet. I have been waiting since the 10th of April for paperwork in the mail. Was I scammed?
