I called and they DID NOT give me a refund!  I was told to call a number in Tampa, FL which actually leads to a call center in Calcutta, India!  The man who answered was rude and nasty.  He REFUSED to help me!

This is a scam, I am not sure how this company got my information but they have taken money out of account without my permission, who do we report this to, obviously I am not the only one this has happened to...You can't call the number back it just say caller 2 not available... I called the number you gave me and I didn't have any problems or arguments with them at all to refund the $34.95. So that tells you that they know it is not right! So do call the 1-801-701-5003 with the EXT. 124

Solution for everyone that has been ripped off by WEBSAVERS.  Call 1-801-701-5003 EXT 124.  This is a direct number to the company.  They will refund you your money.

I got the WebSaver charge from the Acai berry blast..
I had to call the bank and the bank actually knew what I was talking about and said it was Fraud and located in another country where they sell your info and it is legal there. Call your bank! Stop dealing with the companies. My bank  said I should get all the money back by the end of the month.

They got me as well. How do I get my money back? This is ridiculous. Im demanding to find out how to fix this. I didnt get a call I just got the $35 dollar withdrawl.

I have never seen this company online and they were charging me $1.95 for membership. What for? For discounts at grocery stores. I never gave them my information. Have no idea how they got it either.

I suggest you ALSO stop falling for those bogus DIET fads - they have been out there for years and years under various brand names.  there is no magic diet pill and the celebrity endorsements are bogus..  CHECK OPRAHS AND RACHEL RAYS WEBSITES - BOTH STATE THEY DO NOT ENDORSE THE PRODUCTS

Also note that when they claim featured on CNN etc  - all that means is they have an advertisement on those programs - nothing more.

I AM SO ANGRY!  I am a college student and tight on money.  I checked my banking statement today and was shocked to ear my account balance!  Someone/SCAMMERS have been charging my account for a balance I never agreed to and was unaware was being charged- $34.95.  Where did this come from?!  I got a call the other week saying that I was going to be recieving a free gas card in the mail along with a coupon book.  I told them I didn't not want it if it was going to cost me... The man on the other line said "No, if you call the number on the back of the pamplet when you recieve it in the mail, but if you dont it is only 2 dollars, it is a free trial"  So just wanting to get off the phone i agreed and hung up.  I also bought some Acia berry pill and Natrapure pills off line the other week... that might also be where they got my information from.  ANWAYS, this was my first experience with buying anything online and I will never believe an add again.  I am goin to call this number when I get off work to request a REFUND.  This is outrageous!!!

I called the number on my bk statment when a charge of 34.95 showed up. I don't know this co but here is what is showing up WEBSAVER888-85-888-80885 TX. I've had to hot card my cc to stop these charges. I was able to call the number but was promptly disconnected.

This phone number appeared on a transaction from my bank account, for the same $35 you all have probably been charged.  Perhaps like the rest of you I got involved in this by responding to an ad for a free "Your Federal Grant CD" on television.  The ad asked for my credit card number to cover the shipping cost of the CD and phone number.  Two days later an operator from this phone number called at least 11 times. I ignored until my wife came home from work and answered the phone.  A woman talked to me for 2-3 minutes very fast in a manner of English I could not comprehend(I'm not a foreigner, I'm an American and so was she). Anyways, she tricked me with her ultra fast, indirect and uncomprehendable vocabulary to getting yes and no answers out of me, which may have lead to a legal agreement whereby I might have committed to a ten day trial period and then be charged.  She kept on and on talking about whether I would like to add this and that to the order.  I finally cut her off after realizing she wasn't going to shut up and told her I didn't want anything extra, just that CD and that's it.

I don't think there's anything I can do for a refund, although as Tina above suggested I will try - and I don't think my bank can stop future transactions from a company.  The likely scenario  I will have to cancel my debit card and wait two weeks for a new one.  

Doing a Google search I found this company to based in Las Vegas, so I might do as others on another website suggested and contact the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau.

If you call after about 10am E/S time someone does answer, and they are willing to refund your money within 2-5 business days...Just wanted to let others be aware of this.....

This number is on my card under the name Websaver They have a charge pending for 34.95. Called the number just says "Line 2 is not available" or similar.

Took $35 From my debit card...no idea who they are....contesting transaction but that will take weeks.
