Can you provide me with your contact information.  I was taken by these folks and want to see if there is anyway I can recover a portion of my money.  Same scam as everyone else has posted about.  What would be the best way to contact you?

I am a P.I. handling cases for multiple clients with these same group of individuals. I will not shill for my business here I will tell you this. It's a scam, they are all in the scam together and you will not make money from these projects. The typical move in these ventures is to take your initial investment and they will show you a positive return on the first property. They do this by using another investors money aka Ponzi Scheme. Then they will convince you  to do multiple properties at once and then they do a Houdini and disappear with your money. This is the 6th company name they have used doing the exact same scam. CAMBRIDGE REAL ESTATE IS A FRAUD!!!!!! Hopefully that was loud enough.

Looks like they are now in business operating under the name of Cambridge Real Estate Group with a sales office in New York and Cambridge is in Hollywood, FL. They want you to send your money to Access Property Services in Detroit, but the name on that building is First Metro Real Estate.

The story is that they will sell you a home for $15,000 and the next week you will sell it at auction for $21,000. The agent keeps a 20% commission and wants to do a bunch of these with you. They say the properties are from bankrupt banks. The property they tried to get me to buy was being sold by US Mortgage Specialists, LLC.

The agent from NY trying to sell the property went by the name of Chris Adams and claimed to be from Switzerland, where his wife and daughters were while he tried to make some money. He talked about a Michael Shore as a real estate agent and an individual by the name of David Weinstock as the auctioneer would call me to accept an offer to sell the property back at auction.

Hey, I thought Scott Silverman worked for Cambridge Real Estate  and you are saying he works for American Real Estate Services.

There was a call from Cambridge Real Estate.  They said to send the check to Northwest Real Estate Services at 18570 Grand River in Detroit, Michigan.  BUT, it you google map the address, you can see that on the building it says First Metro (You can see it on the side of the building).  Other alias used for 18570 Grand River in Detroit are:  Rfp Ventures LLC, First Metro Real Estate Serices LLC, First Metro Holdings LLC,  14344 Warwick LLC, Northwest Real Estate Services, Newring LLC.  It's all the same suite number also.

Received a call in March from a Scott Silverman about a real estate deal
in Detroit, MI.. Buy home for $15000 dollars and sell it with a month to
Chinese investors for 22 to 25 thousand. I didn't bite the first time but he sent me picture of house and said it sold for 25,000 and his company American Real Estate Advisors wanted 2,000 dollars to get the sale.
Later after two weeks he came back with another house that looked good
so I thought the company was leginate so I invested..My closing date was 8/27/2013 but now I can't get in touch with anyone. phone number for scott Silverman 1754 551 1742..He was a good talker and very convincing. I guess I lost a lot of money..

yes i did to send $ property from the put money for four houses American real estate investors will not sell the homes and I'm stuck with for junk homes in the liability that goes with it being one of the homes as a squatter in it I had to get rid of the property because of the liability it cost me $3000 to get rid of the four homes sold for $100 apiece so I'm out $48,000 reported it to the Federal Trade Commission of what good that's going to do they gave me other agencies to report this is the real scam and there needs to be something done about it

Its all lies...if you invest..you will not get anything in return...100% guaranteed..they are affiliated with Safe Harbor Realty as well..They are probably calling you from nyc.. or Florida...SCAM!!

I received a similar call today from American Real Estate Advisers, same come on.  By houses in Detroit, sell them in a few days for 60% return.

Definitely sounds too good to be true.

They are affiliated with Continental Reo Group (888-816-1590). I would say they are probably calling your from New York or Florida. They are soliciting investors to buy homes in Detroit, Michigan for 10K or so..and then they ( Reo Group) will sell the house "quickly" at auction. where the investor will gain a profit...Its all lies...if you invest..you would get anything...100% guaranteed..they are affiliated with Safe Harbor Realty as well..

Got a call from a group called Allstate REO group.  They want me to send in $12,000.00 to purchase a home in MI which they will put in the Auction next week and plan on an $8000 return at that point.  The wire goes to the Hartwell Mortgage Group in MI but can't find a company by that name.  This is looking more like a scam.  Can anyone help me on this??

The phone number traces to Continental REO Group. They've called me several times over the last 3 weeks. Their pitch is that they represent several small lenders who hold notes on houses in Detroit. I can buy one for $12k and 'their terrific real estate agent Dan Foster has been on fire - getting at least 3 offers on every home with most selling for $25k to $35k.'

They are running a scam. There is no Dan Foster or Daniel Foster with a current Michigan State real estate license. The company they insist you for escrow is one of their own. The 'small lender', Hartwell Mortgage Group, LLC, supposedly based in Detroit, doesn't exist. The paperwork they send is vague enough and has a ton of caveats that ensure any lawsuits will be tied up for years in court, certainly long enough for the fraudsters to move on before the police catch on. If you send them any money, you will lose everything you send them.

Surprise..surprise.. the fraudsters are back in business under the name First Metro Real Estate Services LLC. It me some time to find to do due diligence on this outfit and I didn't find much
