Bull****, I and many many others have tried to find deals through this scam front company and failed time after time.  We could not access the site for five days after purchase, which is past the three days you have to try it out and get a refund.  A partial refund was promised and never delivered, after months of promises and correspondence.  

I am harrassed each year for a fee, back payments, and reinstatement fee, when I was told I could freeze my account for no costs, and I have tried early on but, never used the service.

Tell me exactly what were the vacations you used through this Company? and what were the savings?  I suspect you work for them.

We bought it 2 years ago mainly because they said they would sell our timeshare for us within 90 days. They didn't and they won't return our phonecalls or talk to us at all. Don't get taken in by this company, they are scammers!!!

We got the same letter, same language, and will not waste our time with his scam.  Ours says Amarillo and Collins.  They have some nerve doing their business in this sneaky way, and glad for the Internet.

Hi Mr. Bennett good morning, you're saying that Tranquility Travel is  trustworty, just wondering why we have not received the refund from the company until now. We've been waiting for almost three years for them to issue the refund for a full purchase price but all we got from Josh were just promises. Last letter we got from him was a copy of an email- address to Ms. Laura Thornburg and issued by Ms. Laura Thornburg too, Customer Service of Tranquility. Don't really understand why the email was issued by her to herself.  I've been waiting for her to resolve the situation, but nothing happen until now. I'm a christian too and I strongly believe, a good christian should be honest. I wonder why the company could do something that's against God's commandments. I need some sort of explanation regarding this issue. Any assistance from you will be highly appreciated in resolving this matter. I pray to God, that Traunquility Travel will take care of resolving all the complaints of those who are still waiting and counting on them to return what they are supposed to return.

Issac my dude, ofcourse it's not a scam, and I don't know anything, except I was promised a $500 refund on my membership because a trip could not be booked when we had it planned and after many months of correspondence excuses, I have never gotten the refund.

After being promised by the sales presentation, that I could put my membership on hold (the major factor that convinced us to buy) for any year I chose to, I found out it cost as much to put it on hold as it does to continue the membership, about $250 a year.  Not a scam???  Give me a break, DUH???

What state did this happen? This has happened all over NC,NY. Alaska,Pa. And others. Ring leaders use different LLC's especially out of Arizona where it is easy to get and track. They leave town after ripping off clients and employee. leave town after scanning money. They use different co. Names. In Kill Devil Hills, NC it was a couple of diff. Names. Contact your local police, FBI and Especially the NC IRS. They are interested in what Isaac, his wife, cerah, and Robert Black in Seatle have been up to .....money funneling into out of country accounts.  It is a complicated scam and of course, they ate con artists, not Christians.

"they'rrrrrrr baaaaack",  i spoke to sweet Dolores on the phone today regarding my complimentary 8 day cruise.  I am suppose to meet in Kent Wa at the comfort inn.  Tranquility Travel is heading up the operation.  I mentioned this promotion to my 11 year old son over lunch and told him that I was curious to look into it,  "well, you know what they say Dad, 'if it's too good to be true...'", we laughed.  Scam or not, i don't know but, I will listen to my son's advice!

I signed up for tranquility travel because we travel to Moab Utah every year to the car show and for some jeeping. They told me at the sales meeting I could get condo deals in Moab. Wrong!!!  I can beat their deals every time on the internet. I called several times to see if they could find me a deal but there was no one answering the phones. Oh, but they do answer the line if you call about your account # etc. I've never used it and would like to get my money back also.

My husband and I purchased a 2 yr license agreement in Aug 2010. We threw away the promised airfare certificate. We are military and to choose 4 flight dates 6 months out and hope one of them is approved is rediculous and impossible. But we were interested in what the membership had to offer. As we were unable to buy the more expensive options, in order to - at least that is what we believe- make a sale that day, we were offered a 2 yr trial for $1000 to be paid in increments. When we were still unsure, the salesman sweetened the deal by throwing in an all inclusive 3-day, 4-night vacation to Mexico. We would recieve the voucher once the final payment was made. We made the final payment in the first week of nov. Now 6 months, 11 emails, countless phone calls I asked for a full refund since T.T. did not fullfill there obligation to the contract that was signed. Only after the 2nd email I sent to the "new" customer service rep after no response in 1 1/2 from the 1st sent to her, she explained to me that they sent out the certificat that was a "gift" for attending the seminar. Completely missing the point that I was not talking about the "gift" but rather the vacation stated in the signed contract. She aslo told me that Tranquility Travel "graciously" yes she actually said "graciously" allowed us to purchase. They also went from 0 BBB complaints in 3 years as of Aug 11,2010 to 13 complaints in the nine months following that print out that was provided to us at the seminar showing 0 complaints. What a joke. Could this company display any less professionalism, courtesy, or customer service. With statements like "graciously allowed you to give us your hard earned money" there is no mystery as to why they have 13 complaints and I believe will continue to acquire more. Starting with mine being #14. Anyone considering this company, learn from my HUGE mistake and allowed the salesman to get me to sign on the dotted line that day. Any company that would not allow you a few days to research and decide, does not want you to research!!

Isaac:  I have to respectfully disagree with you.  My experiences with Tranquility Travel have been less than pleasant and the various people that I have been in contact with have done nothing but give me the run around.  I will be filing complaints with the BBB andf the Attorney Generals office as well as posting on social networks my experiences with Tranquility Travel.

This is the most nonprofessional, dishonest company that I ever deal with.They're giving great turn around and and headaches  to the people.I purchased licence in march and they promised to refund my  money for 5 months(calling back and forth) and stop pick up or return my calls for another 3 months now. If you have your family working there ask Sarah or Josh about this case. They are great aware what i'm talking about.
I'm not going to stop. This is not a threatening but we need to stop this unfair practices. BBB, attorney general and local reporters (they likes those stories) should know and will let them know.

We went to a presentation at The Best Western in Federal Way while in Washington in August..with the promise of a free trip. We have received nothing in the mail as promised and do not know how to get ahold of Tranquility Travel..do you have a phone # for them? The phone # I had was for the company who made the calls to recruit folks for the presentation..they are no longer doing that because of all the complaint calls like mine they have received. Thanks

If you know how to get a refund, we need to talk, but I found your number is disconnected. I was told refunds only for the first 3 days.  I called within 3 hours of buying the dang thing, and they didn't pickup their phones.  finally after a week, they called me back and told me I was outside of the 3 day grace period!!!!!  I have tried and tried to get a refund, to no avail. As a traveling salesman, I fully expected to save 30% or more on the thousands I spend annually on airfare and lodging, but instead have found that I can beat any quote from tranquility on priceline, orbitz, etc. I've never been more disappointed with a purchase, and would love to know where the service I signed up for went.  I have never saved a dime. If you're for real, leave a phone number on this message board that actually works!!  I would LOVE to talk to someone who can convince me this isn't a scam.

It was from Tranquility Travel, the prize scam is a way to try to get around the "DNC" registry. That is my issue with them. They may be legit, however, they have no right to call me to try to sell me something.
