Payed off a loan with citifinancial 3 1/2 years ago now and just this jan..2010 they called us and said we had a balance of over 900.00 dollars....have proof from bank that this loan was paid off and also have copy of the certificate from citifinalcial clearing us from everything...What to do??

get this every day 3 times a day, same time. ive never answered it. i guess im not the only one. i only answer numbers from family and freinds, no matter who it is, if its important enough to keep calling me , contact me by canada post.

Im not suprise... They called me a 10 pm !! But when I called Back the day after at 11 am they were close .... ?!!

Got a call from 1-888-829-7772. Been on my phone everyday for about a week now. When I finally managed to get around to answering it, it says.. Please hold.. someone will be with you shortly.
I was on hold for a call that came into me, for about 5 minutes and finally hung up!
