Fax machine.

I received this same fax and I filled it out and sent it back along with some junk faxes I had saved up.  I've been getting small checks in the mail since then from Silverman Enterprises.

Then why don't they put their phone number?  Or, why is the letter they fax not on their letterhead?  Why is there no address anywhere on their corespondance?

It's real; it's sent by an attorney soliciting potential do-not-fax lawsuits.

Fax from 800-647-6708 offers a $0.50 'bounty' to be paid to you for each unique fax if you send to them. It's called to 'Get Paid for Faxes Program'. No business name, and the fax-back number 888-831-3067 is unlisted. They ask for address, phone#, email and your signature. Then they will send a check made payable to you or your business name.
Does anyone really believe this???
