I call 1-866-363-3673 stop my membership after I received the CLAIM $ MY FREE GIFT letter... they are totally rip off. You have pay $1.95 for join first time and they said they will give you $135, $110, $50...... FREE GIFT... BUT... you have paid them $25 membership... because they divide the free gift for one year to sent to you...( it need 8-10 week sprocess time) after you sent to them $200 ... everyone should ask their bank to stop to pay them...I will... they are scam... should be stop.

I've been charged for the last four months before seeing this burried in my statement. I did talk with someone and was told that I would have to file a refund notice, which they will be "sending me".....just like the notice they sent me to begin it "NOT"

They also said if i filed any complaints they would not give me refund....but to hell with that I will file complaints and also demand my money back.

my credit card was billed 16.95 from a value plus.  this phone number was included.

I didn't notice about those charges because it was almost the same as my gasoline charge. Until today when I checked my account and I saw that charge. The same thing happened to me TODAY!  It is a WC*Value Plus charge of $16.95 pending on my account.  This sent my account into overdraft.  I was told that I placed an order online back in January 2009 and that I authorized a membership to provide me with hotel discounts of some sorts.  I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DAMN THING!!!  And then they gave me an address to write to so that I can get the name of the company of whom they got my membership info and card number from. And then told me that I should be receiving a refund letter from them within the next 7-10 business days.  B*****DS!!!!  And now because of these broke azz people, I have to wait 5-7 business days to get a new card in the mail and money put back into my checking account.  These people have to be stopped!!!!!

When checking my bank statement today, I found 2 unauthorized charges for $21.95.  These charges listed WC "Value Plus 888-8337279 as the company who had accessed my checking account twice!!!!!

When I called the number, I was notified by an atomated voice that told me that Membership Services was conveniently closed until Monday.  In their defense (It IS Saturday.)

In the meantime, please refund our money and cancel any "membership" we don't remember signing up for.

I will be calling our bank Monday and maybe other helpful agencies to find out who you folks are and if there is any way to stop you.

Recieved a letter stating that I was signed up for budget savers and would be charged 24.95 on my credit card if I didnt cancel. the website they give is not there and cant get any one to talk to when I tried to call. I recieved the letter on may 3,2010. Said my 30 day free trial was up may6. but have no way to cancel. anyone that has information on this please reply

I just saw my statement and it said I was charged 21.95. Same number. I hae never authorized anyone. I just called them and it says they are closed. I will contact my bank as soon as possible on monday and figure this out.  This is a SCAM. I am really upset now.

So I was told by a very nice lady named Amanda at Membership Services that this was a charge that I authorized when I was placing an internet order probably with Costco or Ebay(over Christmas).  I am not sure that it was definately one of those but i didnt order a whole lot off the internet this year but I know I did those two.... and that it would have been a pop up that i would have clicked yes to a trial and if within 30 days i didnt contact them to let them know i wanted to cancel they would charge my account that they got off of my order from my christmas present.  I never entered my credit card number giving them permission.  I also NEVER accept any free trials on anything I always close the boxes, so it is a scam.  However, they said they would be happy to help me cancel my "membership" and refund me my money.  I am to monitor my account and call back if there is a problem.  

Also they said it was a membership for coupons and discounts on purchases and cash back from different services that you could have done to your home (i.e., plummer)...very scary that they can do this!

I did not even get a phone call from this #, but I saw that on my bank statement that they (Home Essentials) had made two charges to mt checking account one charge on 2/10 for $21.95 and the second charge also on 2/10 for $16.95. The name "Home Essential" with the phone #1-800-475-1942 on one charge and the same name with a different #1-866-553-0742 on the second charge. Both numbers reached the same place with the same recording, refering me to the website www.programstop.com. I had to call my bank and report the fraudulent charges. Now I have to wait for a new card in the mail. The frustrating thing about this is I DID NOT give out any banking info or receive any phone calls, I did however, get a warning from my online security system "Webroot" that there was someone trying to steal my info. This was after I had just gone on and checked my account balance from my bank! WHICH I HAD ALREADY LOGGED OFF! They are obviously getting info of the internet now! SO EVERYONE BEWARE!!!

Yes, did online order - for Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse thing via a free trial. The site then put me onto a Valueplus site for a " free gift card".I then got a phone call from 3032230008. When I rang the number back it hung up, so I went to program.stop straight away to cancel. I rang the number given 18888337279 to cancel , so hopefully they will cancel this bogus membership - like everyone else there was no membership number!

this phone number is value plus wc.  that ghost company(?) took out money from my bank account.  I think this is criminal.  We should report this case to FBI.

I did not receive a call but there is a charge on my bank account for 19.95 for Value Plus WC.  When I called the number I was referred to this website. I sent an email to them through their website to remobve me from their list and credit my account.
