Continuously calls and leaves no message.

I was washing my dishes when this number called me; naturally, I could not take up the phone nor listen to the message that came with it, and when I called back, I could not get an answer.
Who are these suspicious characters?

These people with there call center works good as a wake up service , you can count on them for a call a day early in the morning every day . You can give them an A+ on being punctual with the calls .

This number just called me for the 3rd time in the past 3 days.

They just called me about the legal rights I have if I or a loved on took Avandia, and about financial compensation lol...

"This is not a sales call" blah blah blah,  ambulance chasing law firm wants to sue Avandia victims.

I reported them to the Attorney General's No Call List.

Fishing for medical suit plaintiffs.  Complaint filed to FCC.

Got a call this afternoon.  Hung up once it started with "This is not a sales call."  When I tried calling the number back it did not even ring, just disconnected.

I got a call from this number today.  I saw it come up on my phone.  I didn't recognize the number, so I wrote it down and googled it.  Actually, there was a second call coming in on my overflow line at the same time.  It was from the same number, because they left two voicemails.  Here's the message they left:  "this is not a sales call.  I'm calling from ??? at 888-833-7550.  Sorry I missed you.  We want you to know that if you or a loved one suffered serious complications while taking the diabetes drug ???, you may have legal rights...."  I then deleted the message.  It's probably from a nation-wide law firm looking for plaintiffs for a class-action law suit.    HOW OBNOXIOUS.

Waste our time to waste their time?  That makes sense.  Better to set an autodialer or computer to call and send a fax to their 800 number every 10 to 15 minutes...

I got a voice message tonight from the number.  I suggest we all start accepting these calls and playing along with it, seeing how much of their time we can waste -- ask them to send information, make a physician's appointment and so forth.  After all, if they aren't selling anything....

I got a call but did not answer.  888 is often junk

I got a call from this number but I sent it to voicemail  They started out saying that "this is not a sales call", but it clearly is, they just aren't selling what they're selling for money.  Said they were calling from "med recall news" or something like that. They were saying that I may be "legally entitled to financial compensation" if I had taken a certain drug/medicine and have suffered from certain medical complications.  It could be some kind of class action siut scam, but I definitely don't trust it.  I don't want them to call again.
