Just got a call from this supposed CRA company, the first voicemail said it was officer Glocker from CRA and to return his urgent phone call. Upon returning his "urgent phone call," we discovered that he was not an officer, then asked a few questions he began making disparaging remarks, and hung up the phone. Within five minutes Mr. Parker called back making threatening comments about how he was going to contact the county, then again hung up the phone. Upon a final phone call into the "company" we were threatend again, screamed at, and not allowed to get in a word. If this was a true business, I am confident they would not operate as they have. This is 100% scam. We made contact with our attourneys office and have been advised to not be in contact with this company, as they were reported to several agencies investigating their fraudulance. DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN PHONE CALLS!

I got a voicemail message from Mr. Glocker telling me that there is a serious matter I need to call him ASAP. The call came form 727-563-4548. He gave me a case number and call back # 888-841-3295. He sounded serious and it got my anxieties going but glad I checked here and seen it was a scam. Some people!

I received a msg that a mr glocker called me reference a case I was apart of.  I called the number back and this person was nice until I started to asked questions then he got upset and hang up on me.

CRA is a debt collector. I know first hand. I have dealt with them for the last two years on three different payday loans that I had gotten in bad times in my life. I had dealt with Mr. Glocker and made payment arrangements with him on all three. I am not proud of owing those but I have to say he was nothing but professional.

This number 757.563.4546 is calling my work as well saying that I defrauded a financial institution.  Gave his name as Mr. Glocker and was very rude and belligerant with teh folks who answered the phone.  I have reported them to the FTC and the State's Attorney Genreal's Office.  Both told me they will have your informatin if you shop online and have ever had a payday loan.

This number is claling my work 757-563-4546 stating I am in trouble and htey want all of my personal information!

I just received the same phone call at work.  I looked in my bank account and there was nothing deposited when Mr. Glocker reports.  Mr. Glocker asked me to fax a copy of my bank statement to prove that nothing was deposited, and he gave me a fax number. He was threatening.  It worried me. What is my next step?

I received a call from "Mr Glocker" as well today.  I am a bit worried at this point as like the first person who reported this he had my bank account address and social security number.

Mr. Glocker just called me...this is a scam.  He is threatening people with fraudulent charges to get money.

I received a phone call at work from the same number. He said his name is Mr. Glocker from the office of CRA. Gave me a case number and stated that is was urgent that I contact him. I called the number and a recording came on that stated to wait for the next available representative. They never came back on the line. Is the a SCAM or what?

Received a phone call from the same number with the same information to return the call. Gave me a case number to refer to when returning the call. I did try to call back and see who it was but was given an unidentifiable voicemail box to leave a message in. Thanks for reporting this.

The caller from this number 1-757-563-4546 (1-888-841-4324 return call to) informed me, that I was being charged with attempt to defraud a finacial institution. The man I spoke to seemed understanding and helpful until I started asking questions after he told me the information he had to verify my identiy:

Address
Phone number  AND
Checking account #
All the info. He said was my correct info (which started to worry me, wondering how he got it). Before rudely cutting me off & hanging up on me, he said he was investigating an on-line pay-day loan, for which I did not actually receive. He also told me his company verified with my bank the deposite and two payments. After checking with my bank, as I thought, NO deposits to my account other than my paychecks, tax retuns or cash deposits made by me at my branch. I have reported to the FBI.
